Mac n' cheese tastes horrible and they need to go back to the original recipe that it was before the year 2000. That cheap american cheese flavor it has is not it! The The cole slaw tends to taste old. I do not like how the mashed potatoes and other side dishes are put in plastic containers. They should go back to using foam containers. Tired of these young uncaring rude employees.
The wait for the food was a little long, but the server gave us fries to offset the wait. Very cool! Tried the chizza, very much like chicken parm. Tasty!

I drove a few miles specifically to this location because the food is always fresh. Well, not this time!! Once I got back to my destination and opened the box...I was extremely disappointed. They gave me food that looked 2 days old and it was also cold.

Around 5:45 pm on Dec 12, 2023, through the Kiosk I did take out order of 8 piece original bucket family meal. I was disappointed and for the first time I have experienced with this store that all the chicken pieces I got were dried up and tasted so gooey. It must have been in the warmer for some time.
Never have an issue at this location. As long as you go at a reasonable time, food is alway hot and fresh. Not a late night place to go since they don't ever seem busy after nine so I would stick to Taco Bell or Cook Out for late nights. But when it comes to KFC's in the area, I would suggest this one over all the others especially the one on S. Independence which you will always be waiting for more than 30 mins at. The holland location will have you in and out in less than 5 minutes because they actually know what they're doing.
