I can’t believe I have never given King Gus’s a review before now! It’s got to be because I’m too busy enjoying my favorite foods basking in the pleasures of their excellent customer service, yummy everything, and how fast and easy it is to order. We have even tried other Chinese food take outs with friends in Virginia Beach and this is by far the best. Leagues above the others.

Great good and fast service! I ordered the shrimp lo mein with buffalo wings and it was great! The wings were very flavorful and not too spicy! I was very surprised at how little this meal cost me. They definitely give generous portion sizes. I'll definitely order from here again. The staff is always polite when I call and go inside. Highly recommend!

Local Family owned & operated business! Very nice people too. Food is excellent and I have never had an issue in ten years of going to King Hua. Service is great hunan beef & hunan Shrimp is awesome too so are the egg rolls!

I just moved into the area from California, and I have to say, this is one of the best Chinese take-out spots I've ever tried. The boy in the front was very welcoming and warm. The food is excellent and lives up to the "New York Style" promise
I've been to this restaurant 3 times; the shrimp chow mein is great (my only issue was the 1st order wasn't complete)! The 2nd time the taste was slightly different, but still good. But, the shrimp chop suey is EXCELLENT! I like the container, and the counter staff was super generous with the additional sauces! I plan on going there at least once a week!

Closed and unable to order well before operating hours. Apparently can't give service unless physically able to show up. Such a terrible way to run an establishment that offers food to people this late when getting off work is incapable of making food orders during OPEN HOURS.

Disgusting! The food isn't fresh!*I ordered on Saturday when the restaurant was open. I should have complained immediately, but we can all see how nasty management is judging by the responses he leaves on reviews. My next review will be with the Health Department. Have a great evening!

Called in an order for pickup on 04/13/2023 at about 9:20pm. Just some wings and a house special egg foo young. The lady said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I skate (I'm a skater) up there to pick it up at about 9:35pm and the guy at the counter says he doesn't have my order. I repeat my order, to confirm, and he verified that he doesn't have it. ok, now what do you want me to do? wait till it comes through? order again? starve? Thanks for NOTHING!EDIT: The guy at the counter just called me and explained that they just received the order. I told him I spoke with a lady there, on-site who put in the order and gave me a time that it would be ready. After a few "hang on sir" responses, he told me they use an answering service for their calls. WOW, MAN! REALLY?? YOU just lost a 15 year customer, for LIFE! I'll NEVER be back!EDIT to your response:first of all, I never used profanity towards your little brother. second, I don't appreciate you blowing up my phone. quit calling me or I'll sue you for harassment!
