Store is always very clean and orderly and you can see the employees working hard. They have the majority of food items I want and usually have a good deal of clearance/sale items.

They're out of bags. A grocery store with no grocery bags! Out of all store brand soda. Half the self checkout stands are down for some reason. In the refrigerated aisle one of the cases hasn't had a door for months.

Big store. Huge parking lot. Kroger gas station in the parking lot. Very large section devoted to beer and wine. Grocery purchases allow for gas discounts. Something is always on sale.

my wife and I were racially profiled at self checkout ... her being black and myself puerto rican ( but in the eyes of many white people in Va Im Mexican) being the only 2 being watched and having somone standing right next to us while we check out was uncomfortable meanwhile all registers were full of other customers (white) why not stare ans stand next to them? we both have never encountered something like this before and hopefully it was our last... we will not be going back to that Kroger

The fact that I see Kroger hire such amazing people is so heart warming. They certainly don't have to do that, but they do and that makes me feel like there is still hope for humanity. Food: Love the Sushi at Kroger! GLUTEN: This is a general recommendation for all grocery stores really... I wish it was easier to Identify food that was not made with Gluten. I don't mean Gluten Free, I mean it's not in the ingredients. For those of us with just sensitivity (Who don't have Ciliacs) it would be nice to have a big Ol sign that said "Does not contain Gluten!" That way I don't have to spend 3 hours looking at ingredients of anything I'm not familiar with.

I recently placed my first pickup order and it was a little bit of a mess but the manager David did everything he could to help fix my problem and because of that I placed my second order. Upon arrival of picking up my second order I was greeted by David and Allie who were both so very sweet and kind and went over and beyond to make sure I had everything I ordered this time. They were extremely pleasant and did a great job at making sure Kroger shoppers feel completely happy and satisfied with every visit. I NEVER leave reviews as I have 4 children and literally don't have time to but for them two I absolutely will, anytime! Keep up the good work you two and thanks for all of your hard work! There is a food lion closer but this Kroger makes me go the extra mile, literally. It isn't a huge store, but they typically have the items I want, sometimes more often a better stock than the Wal-Mart superstore I frequent sometimes. The store is always clean and bright and the staff is super friendly. Also, the deli area always has some fresh made pre-packaged sushi rolls that make my dinners an easy pick when I'm close by.

VERY impressed with the staff here during this pandemic. Everybody is working very hard while masked and are very friendly to boot. I understand now that Kroger has gone 100% masks required now and that is just fine. But the day prior to this requirement I went in and my mask had broken. I was looking in the aisles for a replacement one when I overheard the staff in a sort of meeting complaining about "people like me" not wearing one. I had to interrupt the meeting to actually ask for help in finding one to purchase and was severely glared at by most of the group. However, the manager was more than friendly and pointed me to where I could purchase a new one. Just a little advice...please don't judge everyone who may not have a mask on. Like myself, mine had just broken. I do appreciate that your store does offer free ones now at the door. Very good!!
