My waitress was really friendly and accommodating. I have a special diet, and she went beyond and above to find me something from the kitchen that I could enjoy. My food was just bland, but it wasn't their fault because that was my request, and even without their condiments, I think that it was really enjoyable. I am not a fan of Mexican food, but my friends are, so we picked this restaurant based on the ratings. They did enjoy their meal, though. If you like Mexican, I recommend you to try this, and I hope that your experience is as great as mine!Dietary restrictions: They have meats that you request to have no seasoning, and also, although they don't serve fresh vegetables, it is not soggy.

This was my first visit to the Las Palmas at Lynnhaven Mall. I was not impressed with the way they cooked their arroz con pollo. It was over seasoned with curry and I couldn't stomach it. I like a lot of flavor but it was disgusting, it was wayyyy too much. I am a big fan of Las Palmas and the arroz con pollo is my go to, but this was not it. I don't know if it was the chef for the day or the location, but between the food tasting like hot garbage and the employees ignoring my table, I will not be going back to this location.Kid-friendliness: This is your typical Mexican restaurant, it's definitely kid-friendly.

Unbelievably good food, atmosphere and service. This place is epic when you work up an appetite at the mall. Should have left more than the 20% tip in retrospect, my server was working with HEART and so was everyone there. The atmosphere and decor was fantastic. I bet Management rocks too! Totally sold me on this place. I could go on and on about the food.
Food was very good. Prices are reasonable. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests (asking for extra salsa, water etc). Will gladly eat there again.
