My husband and I ate at the Virginia Beach Ruby Tuesday's on VA Beach on 3/26/24. We both got the salad bar. Back at the table we found two long hairs in the lettuce. I did explain to the waiter and he these things happen. The salad bar was missing quite a few on the regular items and I explained that everything should be cleaned out, containers washed and restocked new. The waiter said I just work here and it happens. We will not eat there again because of the lack cleanliness.

Ruby Tuesday on Virginia Beach Boulevard was awesome! Thank you to our waiter, bartender, and everything under sun. Kyle took really good care of us and I would highly recommend him customer service excellent. Food was excellent and we just had a great time. It is really great knowing that you can go to restaurants that still have great service, and pride themselves making their customers first. Thank you coming from Hawaii you are awesome!

Well, well, well.....Ruby Tuesday, one on my favorite places 20+ years ago. But had it changed? Did they do l still have that awesome salad bar we loved so much after church? It was high time to find out. We were a party of 4, ages 55, 51, 16, and 14. I was single without kids the last time I went to Rubys. I was excited to see how they are doing nowadays, in a very different America and culture. I had the quac smashburger, the teens had jalapeno cheddar smashburgers, and the wife had the skewerless kabab platter. And just the adults wanted and got the salad bar add-on. My wife and I LOVE, I MEAN LOVE good salad bars. Especially when they have mushrooms, black olives, bell peppers in addition to the usual veges, and various pasta, potato, rice, vege salads. We are happy just to eat that! So, yeah, I got 3 full, heaping plates of vege salad, potato salad, smothered in black olives and a bucket of mushrooms, blue cheese dressing and ranch, that's absolutely hogs heaven to me. I don't need anything else. And the salad bar was still good. I was so glad they still have it. As for our entrees...My burger was good, just not great. Cooked well, juicy, fixined up, it just lacked a powerhouse of flavor. But it was good, no complaints. It just didn't rock my world. But the two teens reported they loved their burgers. Lastly, and of course most importantly, the wife liked her kabab platter, but didn't love it. She said it was good but bland and had to add a lot of salt and pepper. But the salad bar rocked her world, as it did mine, so she ended up being quite happy with the overall experience, as was I. Saved by the salad bar Lastly, maybe the best part, our bill was only $74 before tip. JUST DANG!! That's pretty darn good for a party of 4 adults in this oppresive inflation and destructive economy, so we were VERY pleasantly surprised. We can't wait to go back again. I think I'll just get the salad bar, and I'll be thrilled.....

I usually only go for the garden bar because the food is always inconsistent. Me and a coworker went last month for lunch. I got the ribs and a side of mashed potatoes with the salad bar. It was really good, portion sizes were good. Last night we went because we had a bogo coupon. I raved about the ribs and potatoes so much my sister got it. I got the fish and chips. Both of our meals looked like a kids meals. My sisters ribs were burnt and the presentation looked like they just slapped the potatoes on the plate. Usually when I order fish and chips from a restaurant, it's usually 2 pieces of big fish. They serve 4 fish stick sized fish with a child size portion of fries. I was so surprised. I will just stick to the garden bar and drinks from now on.

This review is only about the catering. We had a baked potato bar for a work party with salad and chicken. They sure have gone downhill. Instead of a whole potato you got a half a potato wrapped in foil. Not crispy. Probably cooked in the microwave. The salad was iceberg lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. When I think of Ruby Tuesday I think of the awesome salad bar. That has changed. I definitely would not recommend and would not get anymore catering from them. I am glad I was not the one that paid. Disappointing.

Our sandwiches we ordered with classic sauce came with ZERO sauce. How is it bbq without the bbq sauce? Very disappointing. Aside from the no sauce the food was still disgusting. Greasy wet tater tots and I wouldn’t even call this Mac and cheese.

I went in with a BOGO today. I ordered online for pickup and noticed the code didn't come off the total, and asked during pickup. I was told that it had to be for more than just the $9.99 ribs. So I said "okay then can I still use it and get a 'platter' also, since it wasn't used?" I asked for two cheeseburger platters. I look at the receipt and notice that I was charged $11.99 x2, when Tuesday is $6.99 cheeseburger platter. I know that the lady knew that bc she only subtracted the $6.99. So, I was charged more for trying to use my BOGO. I tried to talk to her about this and she says "yeah idk why that is, some people who order online say they have this issue" then I say that I would have liked to know this price she gave so that I could save the $5 without this BOGO. She did not want to speak to me after that. Someone else finished ringing me up; she was nice and understood I was trying to "save" (what good is the promotion?) I told the First Lady thank you when she handed me the second order and she said nothing back. I almost quit Ruby Tuesday all together after this.

The absolute worst barbeque ribs I've ever had. The ribs were so dry they were hard to chew and swallow. After the second bite - I stop and fed it to my dog. The owners need to get in there and fix this. Im assuming their ribs were on point at one time.
Simple put food, service, and costumers are horrible. I used to work at a Ruby's the food and class of people has lowered all around!! Maybe the one I went to, but now I know why they are closing so many establishments

After dinning at another location not to long ago with a horrible experience. My husband and I decided to return to another location, and this location is by far 1,000 times better than our previous experience. The staff is very friendly and on point with helping all their customers even if not seated in their section. Will definitely recommend this location to family and friends. Will definitely be coming back to this location again also.

Such a delightful place and a wonderful SALAD BAR. The service was excellent, of the best I've ever seen. The ambiance is special, because it's quiet, cozy, and dim. I like that very much. Nothing beats a romantic atmosphere for dining in. Our server was handsome (01-6-2023) The Chef was very polite. He ensured we had adequate service as well. We overstayed our welcome, but we enjoyed it and will come back again. If more stars were welcome, we would give the max! The Salad Bar Chef is Putting Smokey Bones to shame! Good job! The restroom is clean and sanitized.
