Came here with some friends a few days ago it looks cute at first and the staff is GREAT! Servers have great service But management not so much- we all already thought they were pretty unprofessional at first but then we came to see the reviews to see if others had similar experiences and we were shocked the reviews we foundt definitely validated what we thought and felt ourselves they respond to every 1 or low star review they get from what we’ve seen their responses are unprofessional and argumentative. Which wasn’t shocking based on our own personal experience we just didn’t think management would reflect it so boldly online. You all can read the responses for yourselves I’m sure you’ll see the hostile energy we see and are talking about if we were spoken to like that in real life at the establishment corporate would have been contacted on site hopefully they get new management! Just a heads up guys and watch out definitely read them for yourselves and see just have caution if you choose to visit this place when it comes to the people running the place

This place is not somewhere i would ever spend my money or dine at based on my experience. 1 IT STINKS! The second I opened the door the smell hit me like a done of bricks eating in that smell is sure to make one nauseous. 2 the manger is racist right off the bat she is old with glasses and blonde hair you cant miss her, she was very belittling and just straight up rude! Her customer service and the way she speaks and treats others is poor and uncaring which is the worst fit for an establishment like a restaurant especially by the sea where the vibes are usually light and joyful she seemed as if she didnt even wanna be there! Which is fine but dont take it out on the customers! 3 the restaurant is rundown only one light in the bathroom works in ONE stall no less all the other stalls and the rest of the bathroom is without power i had to wash my hands in the dark with my phone flashlight not only is this quite unsafe and im sure goes against regulations but its just poor upkeep and unprofessional not somewhere your friends and family would want to enjoy let alone safe for kids and children or even a nice nice meal on vacation or a nightout i feel bad for the employees that have to work in such an environment and conditions its quite unwelcoming and uncomfortable right off the bat i highly suggest you choose somewhere else to dine if you want a nice experience and your moneys worth!

Went on a Thursday for tacos and tequila special. Of course the tequila was perfect ?I chose the mahi and pork tacos. The Pico topping was fresh, the pork was full of flavor. The mahi was fresh and flaky. I ended up having 2 more tacos because they were so good! The outdoor area was closed for the season but inside was clean, quant and a great vibe. I have another business trip planned in May and will definitely stop in again for some tequila and mahi tacos.

This place was SO Delicious!!!!! Visiting from Texas and they gave us the heads up that they were just serving brunch and we said that was fine. The guy that sat us was so incredibly sweet and our waitress Hailey was amazing!!!!! ❤️

Before we even walked in, we were greeted by a drunk bar manager who offered us 1 fresh chip at the door. We walked in right after 2 middle aged women who were clearly beyond drunk. That was red flag number 1 and 2. We sat at the bar and it was extremely slow which is to be expected in the off season. Besides Carol and Sharon that snuck away from the corporate trip, there was 1 other couple at the bar. Quality of drinks should be perfect right? Wrong! Bartender made a 28oz lime margarita for me, when she sat it down, I very clearly saw some sort of bug in my drink, I had her remake it. Red flag number 3. After she remade my drink, I tasted it, and I couldn’t taste any alcohol. It tasted like straight margarita mix. Old margarita mix at that. I tried to get it down just so I didn’t waste it because I felt bad enough that I had her remake it. $15 for old margarita mix is not the move. Jon Taffer and Bar Rescue couldn’t help them.

We came here, after a dinner date, to go down memory lane. We had 4 draft beers that came out to be $40, and we tipped the bartender an extra $3, on top of the gratuity. We went home. The end. Or so we thought. We checked our bank account last night, and there is a 2nd charge taken out, still currently pending, for an extra $16.29, about 2 days after the original charge had been processed. Weird. So, my husband called this establishment, last night, politely asking what this second charge was for and if we can get that refunded. The lady who answered the phone took down his cell number and said she would call right back with some kind of solution. Well, she never called us back to sort it out. My husband called this establishment a few more times, and nobody would answer. As a former server/bartender, myself, I find it to be quite strange for a dining facility to not answer the phone during business hours. Needless to say, my husband left them a voicemail, and they still haven't returned our call. So he decided to leave a review about our experience with Lunasea so far, and they have been denying all of his claims. I have screenshots of the call log, my bank account, and my Google maps stating time spent at Lunasea with the date and timestamp as well. The bartender was a super nice guy, but I can't say the same for whoever is running this place. Highly disappointed that they robbed us, and then decided to deny and gaslight us about it; rather than just fix the issue. 10/10 do not recommend using your bank card here.

That's expensive enough right?What else could happen? So I'm looking at my bank statement and they took the $44 out of my account the other day and then today they took another $16!!!??! For absolutely nothing and without my approval of any sort,didn't order anything or approve anything except those four beers and the $44, so as it stands, I've paid $60 fing dollars for four beers! Do not go here. They are insanely expensive and will Rob you blind. I'm trying my hard to get refunded but bank says I need to try to settle with the establishment first, currently waiting on a call back, doubt they will call, but if not I will do whatever it takes to get it solved through the bank and definitely will be boycotting this establishment. They are nice to your face, but will Rob you as soon as your not paying attention. You've been warned!

This place was phenomenal. It was so delicious and the server was very attentive. The Duval and Cubano sandwiches were both very delicious and the fries were great as well. It was a pleasant experience!!The reason I gave it a 4 star was because they automatically charge a 20% gratitude tip to the bill (which the hostess did tell us about beforehand). I would have been upset about that if the waiter wasn't as attentive as he was. Automatic tips are normal for big groups, but for a 2 person party it just was something different.

It was a more sit down and eat and drink place. They had hacky sack. Didn't stay long. But I did love the decor. We went on a Saturday night for a Bachelorette party. I had previously tried to rent out a lounge area for the event but was told by email to just come and not waste my money and that there would be plenty of space for us. We definitely didn't waste our money there because we stayed for 30 min and left.

They sold us drinks 20 minutes before closing and 5' after they were saying they had to close so we had to drink everything quickly and leave.They were extremely rude and made us waste money unnecessarily.Edit: I was sober all night so I know exactly how everyone was treated, the way we were asked to exit the premises was not polite. It would be good to stop selling drinks 30' before so people doesn't have to throw entire drinks 5' after purchased :)
