Sooooooooooooo I’m a regular and while I used to tip often from my card until one day I had this rudeeeww delivery person who couldn’t wait 1 min for me to secure my dog and placed my pizza on the ground I didn’t have transportation so the next day I went to complain to the manager he gives me another pizza and one of the deliver drivers told me that guy had been terminated so following any deliveries I NEVER tipped from my card again and why did I get the same guy who place my food on the ground!!! And supposedly he was terminated okkkk so now they’re inside the building calling out my address because we don’t tip when last week we received cinnamon bites with no cinnamon and when we received a pizza we asked to be well done it was so burnt it wasn’t even funny but those 2 times I didn’t call because WHY ILL HIT THEM where it hurt at WITH THE TIPS!! If you have to work a job just for a tip you need to find a better job to do !!!! You’ll don’t know what’s going on in my household I just paid for food!!!! I DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOULL PIZZA LIKE THAT ITS JUST CONVENIENT since I don’t have any transportation‼️‼️‼️ 1544 LASKIN RD VA BEACH #212 need a full new staff with better customer service that guy better be lucky I didn’t smash him with the pizza he put on the ground feed that sh*t to your dog not me and my kids ‼️and don’t think I’m done I’ve already called corporate and left my msg for a call back I’m taking it there.

When it first opened the lady running was awesome, don’t know where she went! Went in recently to order a pizza. The girl acted like she didn’t want to be there and before I could order she went out to her car then came back in and took my order. The guy that was making the pizza looked confused and trying to figure out what he needed to do. Not going back there again. Donatos here we come!

Would give 0 if I could. On vacation placed an expensive order, when picked up the staff was unsure if it was paid for, even though the ticket said paid. Get it back and the made one of the pizzas wrong. Had some one with food allergies and was unable to eat either of the pizzas. Called and asked to be refunded the cost of just the wrong pizza, no one there could handle that was told the manager would call me back, never called. Would have accepted a replacement if it wasn't a 30 minute drive one way. Very unhappy experience and very expensive.

Delivery driver left my pizza outside in the rain, I took a bite of the pizza the pizza was cold and wet so I called asking for a refund said they can come pick it up if they need to, they did, to which the delivery and old, Caucasian, bearded male driver started pounding aggressively on the door I heard him try opening my door, he seemed drunk or just has serious anger issues and was yelling all because he left the pizza in the rain and I didn't want a cold wet pizza, craziest experience I've ever had, I called to make sure I got a refund and the dude who delivered it answered, I asked if I got the refund he said and I quote" you shouldn't have, you ate half of it" and then I was like "I ate a bite realized it was cold and wet and called back" his response was "whatever" hung up, crazy ass experience could hear him yelling outside my house about it, trying to open my door, I'm a young female and live alone was worried dude was gonna get physical over a pizza. Insane experience.

Ordered a meatball sub bread was burned and the sub was almost completely dry. Also ordered a garden salad. The croutons were so soggy, I had to take them off the salad. Totally disappointed. Especially when I paid over $ 21 for it. This is the first time I am so unhappy with this location
