Stopped by here on a busy Sunday morning, we only waited for 15 minutes, our host sat us and even got us our drinks right after being sat! The food came out quick and was so good. Our server took good care of us! And it’s only a couple blocks walking distance from the beach! We had the chocolate chip cookie and it just got better after each bite.

My wife and I have been here many times and will continue to come. Absolutely love the expansion. Totally forgot it was the same place, until the food brought it all back to me. The tastes of home, homestyle, homemade. Always everything we look for in a great breakfast, good times, and top tier customer service start to finish!! We will see you soon folks. Await yes,however staff offered us a place to sit while we waited our turn.Breakfast special s on chaLjboard ,grabbed my attention. Before we knew it, we all ordered, Crab cake omelet.Staff did a great job in servicing us well and a Joy.Vegetarian options: You have many to choice fromParking: Ot was easy enough to get a place to parkKid-friendliness: Spring breakIt was loaded w childrenAnd ball teams too

While on vacation 5 years ago we ate at Mary's. Today 4/5visited VA Beach for wrestling tournament And visited Mary's again. No change as food and service was still excellent. Highly recommend to visit and enjoy a good meal.

Decided to frequent here for a weekend breakfast, and it was around lunchtime. It had been many years since I've been there, and it's been remodeled since I had. It was busy the day that myself and a friend came to have our meal. I saw the special of the day was a crab meat eggs benedict, and I thought it was going to be great. Once I received the crab benedict, there was a foul odor immediately when it came to the table! Not only that, but there was only crab meat sprinkled, not even a lump of crab me as advertised. Being a former fishing woman, I knew that this meal was not anything that I would put on my palate due to the outrageous odor. I immediately took it back to the waitress station and told them that I could not eat it and I would need to order something else. I replaced it with pork chops they were deep-fried, mashed potatoes and collard greens. I received two pork chops, and they were seasoned. However, I didn't find them as desirable as I thought I would. The manager did come over and say well the crab dish smells like seafood to me I don't really find anything wrong with it but I will issue you a credit on your bill I couldn't believe that he actually would not consider issuing me a credit after I'd already ordered a replacement order and spoke about how foul the smell was; even my guest at the table thought it was a very foul odor. I would frequent here again as I know in the past it was an excellent place to go to for breakfast.As I said, it had been many years since I've been here, but I would be willing to give it another try. Also, the waitress did not come back and check on our drinks, and it took a while for us to get waited on once we were seated at the table.

There was a short wait time only 5-6 minutes, the service was very good and the server was very friendly and personable. The food was out very quick and was hot and very tasty. I am looking forward to returning there soon. I am highly recommending Mary's!!!!!Parking: Large free parking lot. Plenty of spaces.
