We went to Mason's yesterday I had the crab roll and my husband had the Connecticut roll. The crab roll was good but I tasted my husband's roll and it was absolutely amazing. Service was awesome, not sure if the man that took our order was Mason lol but he gave us the rundown on the menu like he created it. Loved the atmosphere, it was breezy so we sat inside but the patio was so nice I can't wait to go back and sit outside.

We go there at least once to twice a month. We get the Connecticut lobster roll which is the warm lobster in butter between a grilled toasted brioche roll. Nothing can compare.

So good. We have lived in New England and love this place. Portions are smallish but very appropriate for price. We've had lobster rolls, haddock, fries, fish and chips. All good.

We ordered delivery from here and were VERY impressed. The food was packaged with care. Nothing was soggy or had an odd texture that you sometimes get with delivery. We weren’t super hungry. I got the small lobster bisque with a grilled cheese. My husband got the hotdog with a side of coleslaw. The flavor and amount of food you receive is well worth the price. We cannot wait to come try this place in person soon.

Tried the grilled cheese lobster roll, the BLT lobster roll and a bowl of lobster bisque. The grilled cheese dipped in the lobster bisque was just heavenly. I would of loved a bit more of the bisque as the bowl seems a bit small but it was delicous. The BLT was one of the best Ive had and I am glad I got it as I love a good BLT.

This was my 2nd time eating here. The Connecticut Roll I ordered was fabulous! The Clam Chowder was a bit thin, but still very good. Our 2 servers were very personable and professional. Will definitely be going back!

I decide to take a drive down to va beach and ran across Masons lobster roll restaurant. The restaurant wasn't too busy for a Sunday afternoon. The lobster roll was good even though it was a little pricey but is was expected considering its fresh lobster. The ambience on the patios was very relaxing. However the customer service was a turnoff. The waiter did not exchange a friendly salutation, just ask for my order. So me having never been there before, I was pausing on my selections as their is a variety of style lobster rolls. However I did specify that i only needed one lobster roll. And was pausing on figuring out which style to choose After saying so she tried to charge me two rolls which was $56. Note, There was no one in line behind me. So there was not a need to rush. I also requested extra meat on my roll and observing other customers orders after mine, my order was not made with extra lobster meat even though I paid extra ! The waitress Kylie was very unpleasant and I doubt I will be returning anytime soon.

The young lady that took my order was nice, she was able to tell me about the different types of lobster rolls. I consumed the lobster roll and clam chowder. The lobster was good not meaty enough for the price. The bun was nice buttery, and crispy. The clam chowder was bland.
