Ordered 2 LARGE mocha frappes and when I received them, it looked like a large cup with a just medium amount inside. The whipped cream only made it look like a bit more. I always order frappes from this mcdonalds but never get such a small amount. Asked nicely if we could get them replaced with full cups, but the lady was incredibly rude while refusing. I hope you workers can have better customer service.

Food items kids, chicken nuggets, and fries were served cold. Ordered items were not with our order. tables were dirty and not wiped down, fingerprints all over the kids game screens. These need to be wiped down constantly with all the germs and Covid going around.

I hate when I order and pay for food, and they get my order wrong, and i dont realize it's wrong until I get to where im going. I went through the drive-through and ordered 2 steak egg and cheese bagels with a round egg. I looked in the bag while in the drive-through and saw the tag that said round egg. When I got home to eat my bagels, they both had folded eggs. Then I called the store just to not get an answer. I was so mad. I had just got off work and wanted to eat my bagel and take a nap. I

Worst service. I placed an order at 8:30pm on 02/03 and accidetially chose in-store pickup and went by drive-thru but a girl refused to hand it to me due to inconvence. I stepped inside and realized it was placed on the counter that was 2 steps away from drive-thru station !!!!
Always good food. Gave my food to another car whom they parked in the wrong spot. Other than that everything is always 10/10✨

Assistant manager that works the morning shifts on the weekdays is always busy playing in the back with all the other employees instead of making mobile orders. Then when the order is ready , he just leaves it sitting in the back where I can’t reach it.

Instead of an extra big Mac. I got extra big Mac sauce. No worries, went back in to get the big mac. With a 10min wait for the sandwich and drive home found out all our sandwiches were set on their side. Spicy chicken and big Mac sauce all caked to one side of the sandwich.
