Just had the worst experience and worst customer service I have ever witnessed from a seasoned lol manager at the McDonald's on bird neck rd in va beach. Manager was so rude and nasty it was distasteful! I was so happy my children were in the car, because she almost took me there. It’s sad that customer service has failed to the degree that the establishment doesn’t even try to find a solution to the problem lol ?. Crazy how we visited this same location just yesterday morning and it was packed, but they all had great customer service! I mean everyone. I wish I would’ve taken down that manger’s name. He ran that shift so smooth while busy. Not Angie though! She clearly doesn’t like her job and hates that she has to work for McDonald’s. Unfortunately I won’t visit this location again due to that interaction.

The pancakes were delightful and the service was nice as they made sure we got out food. The fighter jets flying overhead were really loud but not too bad. Would come here again.

Ordered breakfast delivery at about 10:30am. Several drivers tried to pick up. Order finally cancelled 11:40am due to never being ready for pick up. Waisted time.

During the 8 o'clock hour on Sunday, the drive thru took 22min.My bill was $4.44... i handed the cashier a $5 bill and 2 quarters, so that I'd get a $1 bill and 6 cents back, instead of 51 cents back if id given $5 for 4.44 bill. She only gave me 6 cents not $1.06 back.... its not like we were in a rush.

This McDonald's will always be a last resort with everyone for one their customer service is not really good.... And the food that they serve you specially in the mornings it's not fresh and hot like it should be. I ordered a chicken sandwich extra crispy chicken sandwich and it was extra burnt so I figured I tried to get the chicken sandwich again and this time it was rubbery and dry it was a waste of my money and even trying to stop there... Furthermore the Big Mac and quarter pounder sandwiches like that are supposed to be made to order I tell you sometimes they're extra dried out like they're trying to kill the meat a third and fourth time on the grill this is ridiculous it's not fresh I don't even know why they're still open you go inside half the time the soda machine and stuff is not working or it's dispensing just the water this place is for the birds I doubt if they can even eat it Definitely a thumbs down...

If you can't fix 2 sandwiches, 2 large fries, and 2 happy meals in under 30 mins, then just close down. Horrible experience waiting 35 mins total for our food last night. Disgusting food that was cold and had been reheated you could tell before they brought it out after making us park forever. Parking lot is trashy too.

Was looking for a shamrock shakes, as advertised on their signage. This was the 3rd McDonald's that didn't have them, even though every single one advertised it on their sign and menu. Walked out without buying anything.
Place has the new self order kiosks but only 2 of them. There were lines to use them because it takes MUCH longer to use these than ordering from a person. Then it took 15 minutes for them to bring my food. Not fast food, not an advance over the old system.March 2024: I have to add to this review because of one person I interacted with on my last visit. Shanice was the person who brought my order to my table after I placed it at a kiosk. Unlike all prior servers, she brought my drink and not just the cup. She also had a very pleasant attitude and added some energy to the place.
