Everyone that works here is rude and slow. Food is cold and even the managers are rude. Will NEVER go here again and I advise people to stay away.

We received two orders of cold fries through the drive-thru. No napkins. We returned the cold fries and explained that we waited 25 mins to get them replaced with fresh fries. I asked for a complimentary water or soda for waiting so long. The manager came out and explained that they can't do that and only replace fries. When we left, we realized that they only gave us one of the two fries we were supposed to get. Totally incompetent management. I feel bad for the nice drive-thru worker who had to work there. Immediately called customer service. Please don't accept poor business habits and complain when you see them.Parking: Everyone was on line, so lots of parking was available.Kid-friendliness: Not if you were treated like we were. Would hate to have children think this is correct conduct.
