We have been coming here since I was pregnant with my 21 year old! Food has always been amazing!!! Our server Mario was the best we've had in a looooong time. Everything is flavourful and generous. Thank you, Mi Casita, for being part of our family and serving the best Mexican food!

It looks like the kind of place that has potential from the outside, not too clean not too dirty, it looks like an authentic little Mexican restaurant that I’ve been to in Mexico many times, but it’s not. In the past year, I have thought about writing a review a couple times, but I wanted to see if the problems would “shake out” but they haven’t. Service has gone downhill over the years here and the food has gotten even worse. I was a fan of this place several years ago when I moved in the area, but it has done nothing but go down. We walked in and no one greeted us, the server looked mad the entire time, continually passing by table for 15-20 minutes before taking our order. But then some redemption when the food came pretty quickly, I thought OK we’re getting back on track, but no, we ordered several items and one of them unmistakably tasted like Fabuloso! My wife tasted it and didn’t mention it and asked me to try a piece and I did and I said it taste like cleaner and she says “that’s what I thought too”. I mentioned it to the Server and he left it there to go tell his manager, he then quickly came over and picked it up. No apologies, no nothing . Then they obviously ran out of enchilada sauce and opted to put on Italian spaghetti sauce, absolutely my worst experience here and definitely my last. I would suggest you try somewhere else until they get their act together.

This was my first and only time I will dine here, the murals and decoration are beautiful best in the area along with the service as they are super professional and nice. However nothing can make up for the food and drink, the carne asada did not look right coming out, it looked old and tough but I still gave it a try. It tastes horrible, instantly upset my stomach where I could not get the other tacos down. The rice and beans were also cold, my girls taquitos we're also nasty and tasted old you could find better ones at the gas station. My draft beer was also not good, you could tell the keg was old the beer tasted metallic. All this caused us both to be sick through out the night and we were very disappointed as it was a beautiful looking spot.

I should start by saying I go to Mexican restaurants weekly sometimes twice a week. The server was extremely rude to me when I told him he brought the wrong dish. I ordered carne asada fries he brought carne asada dinner. He told me I need to speak up when talking to him and didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Will not be going back there anytime soon. I definitely recommend el Parian which is not even a mile away. Alex was our server
