At least I didn't have to deal with the hostess like the poor lady that accidentally pushed 'dine in' instead of 'to go', and got a tongue lashing for it. Anyone who puts 5 stars was clearly paid to do so. If you want good ramen, outside of Tuesday (today), in which they are closed, go to Osaka.

Food was ok and plentiful. My husband and I shared a roll and seafood ramen. Volcano Roll was hard. Miso Deluxe Seafood Ramen did not have much flavor. I was able to add flavor with the seasonings I had on hand.

I debated this rating, so I'll say 3.5. The staff is very nice and I enjoyed that they had some board type games to play while you wait. My daughter crushed me in battleship while waiting on our food.I ordered the rainbow roll ($14). It could have been okay, but it had way too much heaviness and sauce. Normally poke is light and feels healthy; this was a calorie bomb with all the mayo sauce. It was huge with tons of crab meat (not typical on a rainbow poke in my experience), but I just didn't love it. It also had spicy salmon, which isn't typical and also took took away the flavor and texture for me. Next time I would definitely build my own and may have a better experience.My daughter's chicken teriyaki was decent: she enjoyed it and a good value at $9.

I really enjoyed this place! When I first walked in with my friend we were confused on where to order but we quickly realized they expected you to order on tablets. Which is no biggie, you can order at a register but the lady there was just on her phone and didn't really talk to us so I didn't want to bother her. One thing I did like when it came to the tablets is that it asked about all the details like how much ice I wanted in my drink and you could add a LOT of boba to your drink.Having never been here before it was actually SUPER GOOD. You can see the drinks me and my friend got in the photos. He got a mango smoothie and I got a lychee green tea, both had strawberry boba in them and they were amazingly good!! I'd highly recommend coming back here. The cups that they hand you boba in are also in a hard plastic so they're honestly reusable silverware if you wanted to keep them overall, 10/10 place and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good boba spot in the area. It's quiet, peaceful, and really clean!

Average for the price and they have a promo from Monday to Thursday. We went for happy hour for the drinks with good options of flavor. The place is clean and there are two self service kiosks. Enough parking in the front. I tried the Ahi Tuna Bowl with all mixed veggies as I have chosen this option and no rice. A good portion of the tuna was in the bowl with a good price for promo that day. Would recommend.
We order 3 bowls for lunch via Door Dash. One of the bowls had long pieces hair mixed into the bowl. After calling the restaurant the representative that we spoke to was not helpful, kept repeating he didn’t make the bowl. And we would have to call DoorDash to get it fixed. So now we are out of a bowl and I will have to find lunch elsewhere.

Ordered the spicy miso pork ramen, overall the ramen was kinda bland and not spicy at all, the volcano roll sushi was kinda hard and by the looks of it, it was put in a microwave. My wife had the chicken teriyaki but was skeptical because of someone claiming to have gotten sick but it seemed the chicken was well cooked but was heavily sauced. The overall presentation was nice but I feel because the menu is so large the establishment can't really focus on perfection to certain entrées.

The girl at the register is super unfriendly, she had an attitude when I asked for Wasabi. She dropped one of my sauces, picked it up and put it in my to-go order.

My mom's co worker ordered online for her to pick up so got some poke bowls mom said she went and it was a long line when it was grand opening week or something so she just went to pick up her order which was simple and fast. I think the poke bowls were good.
