The Panda express in NASO Exchange is topnotch. I had a little issue with my food. I went back 2 hours later and the Ladies listened to my issue then fixed it. Great customer service!

Rude server. She was serving me overcooked mostly black chicken. I politely asked her not to give me those because to me they should have not serve those anyway. I went walking to the counter when I saw her trying to replace my chicken. But when I came home to feed my daughter (its hers), her food is all black, overcooked hard chicken. This place really dont care. I got nothing good to say about this place. Now we drive farther just to get my daughter teriyaki chicken panda in other location.

I was in the Panda express In the NEX ... lady there was very rude ... no friendly face ... if you work with costumer service.. the minimum is the courtesy and ask ... what you want...

I'm not unreasonable or overly impatient, but when I enter the queue with nobody in front of me I expect to be rung up immediately after my meal is plated. I got in line with nobody in front of me, followed by an older couple behind me. There was 1 guy serving the food, 2 cooks, and 2 other employees present. One of the other 2 non-cooks was escorting around an inspector. So after the server put my order into a container he set it by the register and returned to the older couple. Instead of ringing me up he spent a full 5 minutes with this older couple while I stood waiting to pay. None of the other employees came over to help until the woman escorting the inspector became free and came to ring me up.

I don't know what crawled up into your server, but "IZZY" needs to check her attitude. I don't care what time it is or the circumstance. She is customer facing, and she's serving military folk. Just asking for common courtesy. Do better please,

the food was disgusting. I ordered chicken and it was extremely raw. On top of that, the service was horrible. They were all extremely rude, and incredibly racist. they charged me for 5 drinks when i clearly said i needed 3. they placed the order even after i repeated it to the person on register. they all had an attitude as well.

We just watched the employee dump an already-packaged serving of lo mein back on the line, then do the same with fried rice. We decided not to take our chances.

Really great food! Not too many options. When we walked in they were out of everything and we had to wait 7 min for the food we wanted. By the time we sat down with our food the next people in line had to wait 10 min for their food.

I ordered my food through DoorDash and they gave my meal to someone else. When I called and talked to the manager about it, she was extremely rude to me and told me there is nothing they can do about it and I should handle it with door dash. She blew me off and didn’t take any responsibility for their mess up. My dasher was standing next to her showing her the order on his app. I’ve never had someone especially in the managerial position be so rude to me.
