This isnt about the food, but the service. They have their system down nationwide today and when I arrived to get my catering through a third party, they had no record. Rather than turning me away and saying they couldn't do anything (which other businesses had yold me before) they quickly put together what they could. I appreciate the effort.

Not the best store. At least four times now they have forgotten something in my order. Right now, it’s my side of chips. Just got home and noticed. It happens every time at this location and the only reason I just drove over there is because the website is down. Usually I don’t care, but I’m actually upset as I was looking forward to this meal after a long day at work.

The bagels were so hard I could hammer a nail in a wooden plank with them. I could use them as tools to do maintenance on an aircraft. I thought y’all would be better but I can get better bagels at the grocery store.

Have to wait for sip club coffee cup (13.22 mo ach debit) at the counter now after putting order in--while the homeless man uses the area as his kitchen, takes food from the cold counter section and beverage station--The bathroom light sensor doesn't work half the time and there's awful odors in the carpets.I have to travel for my job so I utilize cafes a lot.The coffee is okay, lukewarm. The salads and warm bowls are very good, prices are up again and quantities lower.*The microwave is gross.

I can't believe what I just experienced at this place first of all it's filthy second of all I placed an order, was given the wrong order and the order that I did get tasted like poison! Buffalo chicken...dont get it. when I tried to tell them it wasn't good and I would buy another sandwich she tried to tell me that she would comp it and then the manager said he wouldn't bc I ordered it!!! I paid for something I didn't order and it tasted horrible and no compensation???? it was an overall bad experience I used to go there a lot and I'll never go back. Management at hilltop West, 2:15 shift.
Honestly I've never had a bad experience at Panera because Ive never eaten there. I usually go thru the drive thru and they are always pleasant. There coffee is weak to me but to be fair I'm a dark roast kinda girl. Sign up for there rewards program...it's one of the best out there!
