This is place is wonderful!!! Very clean, and friendly employees!!!! My son didn't know there was mustard on his sandwich when he ordered it, and I asked when I picked up my order. Kaitlyn, in the kitchen was very friendly and remade the sandwich.

Give this a tried knowing what to spect. Order onion soup with French bread . Ice tea and a cookie.Dear lord don’t make me come again to eat this, first of all the soup was cold, the soup looked so unappealing so I took my self to the counter the lady there was absolutely great fantastic, heated the soup not that hot like I wanted but it was ok. The onion soup my friends is the worst, Ii was like eating a spoon of SUGAR all the way, the cheese not even broil with bread absolutely the worst French soup around. Then they didn’t gave me the cup for my drink I had to ask for it, also even that I asked for lime on my order they never add it to it my friends is the little details. So the tea was not bad but needed lime or lemon. The cookie like any other cookie in the world normal nothing out of the ordinary cold chunky zzzz. Please look how they sell the soup the photo and then look mine ?I think Panera is for people with really bad taste but there is place for everyone . Well Panera good bye for ever. ❤️

The food was delicious, I ordered a green goddess caprese melt from this location. Very yummy, however there was no basil and for some reason there was chicken on it??? Everything else was right. But I lean very closely to a pescatarian diet, so I ordered this expecting no meat. I ate it anyway because it looked delish. Just be more careful, I would hate for this to happen to someone who eats no meat at all and is very disciplined with their diet. It could be very upsetting them. Otherwise, great place, yummy food, kind workers.

It’s always a good day when I don’t have to cook. I love this new Panera location near Lynnhaven Mall.
I’m allergic to cheese so I always make sure to customize my order to have no cheese. This is the second time I have little clumps of mozzarella cheese in my sandwich. I even asked the guy when I grabbed my bag if the order had cheese and he assured me it didn’t . It’s hard to see the cheese when it’s melted on the chicken but sure enough I bit into it

I come here mostly for the coffee which is better than Starbucks. But they also have sandwiches and other pastries that you can choose from and are delicious as well. I love the quick self serve kiosk where I can just order and grab and go. Would recommend this to all my friends and family.Parking: Ample amount of space that can fill up during peak hours.
