Horrible, we called our order in and we were told about 15-20 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes, as we were just at the KOA up the street. When I get to the store the person up front told me another 30 or 40 minutes, he said my order was on the bottom with 14 orders ahead of me. He also told me not to go by the time you get when you call (the call center is in some far-away place) because they have no idea of the actual prep times in the store. Now if they don't know how long it takes in the store why is the call center handling the calls...wait I know, because the store is too busy to answer the phones. Didn't care for the whole vibe in the store. 10 or 15 minutes extra are fine, but when your order is not even in process..forget about it. This review is about my experience only yours may be better.

The only reason I gave 1 star was so I could leave a review.I live in a campground. I also work here.It’s one of the nicest in the area.When the delivery driver arrived, I was called and told I had to go to the front to pick up my pizza. I told the driver I asked for delivery. Not pick up. The driver told me that it’s the campground’s rule they can’t deliver to sites. As I mentioned before, I work here and know that is not a true statement. Needless to say. When I got to the front to “pick up” my pizza, the driver was gone.I called the store to talk to the manager and this very young manager told me I would have to wait for another driver to deliver my pizza. Not only had I already waited, how hot do you think my pizza would be?I would not recommend ordering pizza from this place.I’ll be sure when guests ask who has the best pizza delivery in the area, to tell them don’t order from Papa John’s.

Slow as hell. We ordered 2 small pizzas. Was told 55 minutes, turned into 2 hours, sat in the store for an additional 20 minutes since they said "20 more minutes" and then after all that, we get told they voided the order. Waste of time, fuel, and money. The staff is unorganized and inefficient at their job, will not be returning.

Your lousy app is nearsighted! I ordered a pizza with JUST salami on it, hoping to actually get something to eat tonight. The pizza arrived with salami and anchovies for some reason! When called, the guy at the store said something to the effect of "these things just happen", and now I have to wait another 30 minutes at the least! It's not "no big deal"! It's not funny at all! What if I had been allergic to seafood and nearly died? FIX YOUR APP!
I don’t know why they ask the time you wanna pick pizza up. They always make it too early.

You would think $17+ for a thin crust pizza would be great. I wasn’t expecting this pizza to wow me, but it was so blah. It wasn’t bad, but not good. We won’t be going back to PaPa John's. To bad because it is so close.
