Casey is a horrible manager, per our phone call he admitted to messing up my order and said he couldn't replace it. I was given the wrong pizza, also my sides were missing. He needs to be evaluated on ethics.

I wish I’d gotten the guys name, but he said he was the manager. I messed up my own order not once but twice and he helped me fix it… with ZERO attitude, ZERO frustration and made me feel comfortable. I always appreciate good customer service but i feel like he went above and beyond. So thank you

Ordered a small "$21" pizza for my mother and large for me, and my mother's pizza was basically raw vegetables like they read the order after they made the pizza. I don't know about you but trying raw mushrooms is disgusting!

First time going to this Papa Johns. Only went for the new Doritos Papadia.Pro: The Doritos Papadias were awesome. Steak and chicken, fully loaded.Cons: Wait time was extended and took forever. Forgot the extra garlic sauce. For whatever reason, on one of the papadia orders, the Doritos ranch sauce cup had a squirt, compared to being filled. Others were waiting forever.Overall: Papadias were great, but probably not using this location for future Papa Johns orders, unless I'm not really in a hurry...
Ordered a chicken barbecue chicken. It was pretty good, a bit burnt.

So Dominic is a manager there and he is by far one of the worst managers I've seen. I made an order on December 29th 2022 and had it delivered to my job. I ended up getting the wrong order so I called and I talked to some lady. She said I wasn't eligible for a refund or redelivery because I didn't call within the 30 minute period that they supposedly have. So I kept calling for the past few weeks and got a chance to talk to the manager Dominic. He apologized and said he doesn't know who I talked to because he was the only one in the store that day around 3pm which is a lie because I talked to a women. He then told me there wasn't a 30 minute grace period for complaints. But then he said there isn't anything he could do and just left it at that with explanation. So I called customer support and filed a complaint to get my money back. 2 weeks passed and nothing, so I called again today and they contacted the store. Again, Dominic was the one they spoke to and he confirmed talking to me and said I can't get any compensation or resolution without saying of why! This is ridiculous because I wasted 40 bucks on this to just not get my order nor any resolution. I really advise to go somewhere else if you want great customer service because at this point I filed another complaints for a refund to their general management and if I get denied again then I'll just make a claim with my back and file legal action because this is kinda fraudulent to keep money from a customer who is wanting a refund as well as not giving any explanation multiple times.
