I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Papa John's. My family and I were treated disgustingly by the staff and the delivery driver. The driver lied about being talked to a certain way and drove off with my children’s food , leaving us without our food…. He never even made it to my home , he was at a duplicate address which is in the back of the neighborhood . Which I stated to him on the phone when he called and said no one was answering the door! Meaning he was never at my home to begin with !When I called to speak to someone about this issue, I was hung up on multiple times. The staff was incredibly rude and not receptive to hearing my complaint. I even recorded the conversation to provide evidence of their unacceptable behavior.I am so angered by this experience that I will be contacting my brother who is a lawyer first thing in the morning to seek legal action. It's unacceptable that Papa John's and their employees can treat customers this way and refuse to make amends for their mistakes.If you're considering ordering from Papa John's, I suggest finding another pizza place that values their customers and treats them with dignity and respect.

Food wasn't bad but I ordered a drink and they didn't give it to my dasher or even bother to let him know. luckily he was kind enough to go back and get it. Get it together guys it's night shift so ik you all grown ash. Act like it maybe.

I was shocked at how fast our carryout order was ready...but now I know that's because it was not properly cooked. EXTREMELY doughy in the middle and on the crust. It is the next day and we are all feeling a little sick.Love the flavors of their pizza, but I've never ordered from this location because we just moved. Hopefully this was just a bad day for the cooks and will be better next time.

The pizza was mediocre at best paid extra for sausage and pepperoni. Had a look to find it was so sparse I've tasted better frozen pizzas from the supermarket at a much better price $20 for a large pie which wasn't even a large pie was ridiculous. Quality was OK taste was OK. Good night and go back again.
Twice now they have messed up my order and three times now they forgot to give me my extra sauce

Worst pizza place I've ever had to deal with. Had a pepperoni pizza supposed to be delivered at 7. I called at 715 and was told they would be there in a minute the driver is down the street. I get the pizza at 755 and it's missing sides ordered and toppings. I called and was told it wasn't their fault they ran out of dough.

My buffalo chicken pizza wasn't supposed to have onions, they make me sick, but they were there. As you can see in the photo only half the pizza was covered. Half of the pizza was bare bread.I ordered a pepperoni pizza. There was so little sauce that it was dry. The pepperoni was mainly on one side. The grease from the cheese and pepperoni were the only source of moisture.I also ordered a custom pizza. It also lacked sauce. My son can't have cheese so I asked for a little hot sauce drizzled on top. Obviously cheese is the most expensive component, but that was apparently too much to ask. Once again the toppings were skewed to the side.It was entirely disappointing. We each basically got half a pizza and some bread sticks. ??

Long-time customers, we were compelled to write a review after excellent service by a Ms. Thomas who took care of our order issue and ensured our next delivery was perfect! Highly recommend garlic parm coating on your pizza.

You know how they say there is no such thing as bad Pizza? Yea who ever said that never ordered form Papa Johns. This "pizza" was possibly the worst thing I've ever had the displeasure of eating. Papa Johns used to be really good, but this I'd rather eat Tombstone frozen pizzas than ever touch another pizza from Papa Johns again.
