I ordered delivery for 1 large pizza and hot boneless wings just for it to arrive cold with little to no sauce at all on all wings. I called the store and asked if i could have the order re made, Walter the Manager stated to refund 50% i stated i love the pizza and the money wasn’t the issue i wanted Food! He said the delivery driver was on her last run for the night so i said i will come pick it up. When i got to the store he had the new order ready, i noticed the wings were still not correct so i asked for a refund (only for the wings). He lied and said he REFUNDED ME AND ASKED FOR ME TO LEAVE. I said HOW DID YOU REFUND ME WHEN I PAID WITH CASH??? ( I HOPE HE WASN’T STEALING CASH) he tHEN TOOK $25.00 And threw it on the counter, shortly after HE FOLLOWED AFTER ME to my car when i was leaving and THREW THE ENTIRE HOT PIZZZA ON MY VEHICLE. He is the MANAGER…. This is WHAT HAPPENS AT PAPA JOHNS AT 4505 HAYGOOD ROAD VIRGINIA BEACH, VA…. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER PIZZA RESTAURANT AND SHARE.

I ordered half beef/mushrooms and half cheese and I was given pork and they lied to convince me that it was beef. Ive been eating beef for over 50 years and I know what beef looks like, tastes like and smells like. On top of that the toppings were only in the center of the half meat mushroom side. I do not recommend this location.

Everything was perfect besides every pizza assembler had no gloves on while making the pizzas.I realize it's before the pizza goes in the over but in this day and age, please wear gloves.Otherwise pizza was great, service and atmosphere weren't exactly above and beyond but I got in, got my pizza and got out. I’ve had bad papa John pizza experiences in my past that had me stop purchasing pizza from them for years. Thanks to this pizza restaurant on Haygood in Virginia Beach, I became a firm believer in there pizza and service. Both have been extremely great.Whoever there owner and or boss is should be very proud of their staff. Good job to you all!

Not the best, but we can debate "the #1 pizza" until we all croak, and never agree on #1. It's easy top 3 IMO. Did a door dash, so unsure of how the customer service inside is. But we ordered the hot lemon pepper chicken bites & this is what we received. Y’all could’ve shook the damn bowl up or something.
To expensive for mediocre pizza. They charge a $5 delivery fee plus expect you to tip for everything. It's getting ridiculous for a lack luster cheap product. I'm over these corporations that don't want to pay their employees and want to make obscene amounts of profits. I will take my business local from now on!

They are always so friendly and helpful and patient. Their gosh always takes the delivery drivers to the wrong address, not sure why..but each time, the driver is super positive about it! We’ve also had this location handle issues really well like when I accidentally selected carry out online but meant delivery, they got it right out to us.

I’ve ordered from this location many times. The food is ok for the most part, but delivery always takes close to 2 hours.I’ve ordered weekdays, weekends, day and night. No matter the day or time, they take a very long time to deliver.My last order came barely warm and without the security stickers.

Don't even bother man. Paid 46 bucks to have two 10inch pizzas and and chicken poppers with gristle in every bite delivered when it was worth maybe $15. My family noticed a sharp decrease in quality today that didn't match the price increase. 13 dollars for a 10 inch pizza with 3 inches of crust. I've never had my money wasted by papa johns like this.
