Although they offer quality items, their customer service is lacking. The last couple of times I have attempted to call and order a cake for an event, I am redirected to send a message via one of their social media pages. Once I send a message via that platform I am redirected to call the bakery which no one ever answers the phone and you’re automatically told the inbox is full. However, both attempts have quite quickly received a response back via social media by asking me specific questions related to the cake I’m ordering, which feels so promising, but there is zero follow through after I respond. I could’ve already found another cake with another bakery or store while waiting for them to let me know when the cake could be picked up. Unfortunately, I will be not giving them my service again due to the lack of regard towards their customers.

This bakery was a life saver! I needed a custom cake last minute for a celebration of life after a family members passed away.The cake was a beautiful memorial piece. The photo was good quality. The cake tasted amazing as well .

Just hosted a party and everyone local wanted the name of this place as the focaccia sandwiches “were the best ever had and I don’t usually like focaccia” and the cake “fantastic!” Give this place a shot if you’re considering it, you will not regret it!!

I love this place! Everytime i go there I try a different sandwich with bread made in store which has always been so savory and delicious, and their pastries are incredible! Try the cream puffs for sure, anything you get will be fantastic though and the staff is so friendly and welcoming 5/5

My family and I were heading to the library for a children's paint class this afternoon and I noticed there was a bakery about half a mile away through a quick yelp search. We pulled up to the shopping center and had no problems finding the place or parking. There was a black owned business sign on the door, which i didnt notice until it was pointed out to me. There was a woman behind the counter who seemed pleasant and asked if it was our first time coming in and where we heard about her shop. There were plenty of options to choose from and I think I picked most of them. I'm saving most of the desserts for later, but I couldn't help digging into the eclairs. A few months ago I'd been dreaming about eclairs and had no idea where to get a good one. Now I know exactly where to come to for an incredible eclair. These were light, not too sweet, and STUFFED full of cream. Best eclairs I've ever had! I'm so glad this bakery is close by my house! Update : I assume it was the owner I talked to, but she said the flan is the best. Well, I got home and tried it and she was right! Actually the best flan I've ever had.

We wanted to order several cakes for my daughter's 16th birthday party. We were prepared to spend several hundred dollars or more no biggie. I should have known better when I saw the sticker on the door that let me know that my kind wasn't welcome here. However when we went inside the person there couldn't really give us any information or any prices about anything or any sizes and didn't have any pictures or examples or anything to show us about anything they did! When we asked her she said look on the internet! We went down the street to Staz Bakery and got Stazzyfied! Skip this joint

I absolutely love this place! I've tried a lot of items on the menu and everything is SO good. The rosemary foccacia bread is so amazing. Every single dessert is 10/10. She is truly gifted and puts a lot of thought into the menu. Consistently great food and service.

This is my favorite deli/bakery in Hampton Roads. She bakes the bread and pastries in house and you can tell. Everything is sooo fresh and just amazing. I’ve tried a lot so far, but I just had the ham, apple, and brie sandwich and I wish I ordered two. I’m obsessed.
