Went in to try their banh mi sandwich. I was not disappointed. Second best banh mi in Hampton Roads. I'm glad I don't have to drive 3 hours north to fill my cravings anymore. It was a nice little Cafe like place. I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.

Stopped in this afternoon to see what was here. Amazing! The BEST Spring Rolls since I was in Vietnam. Shrimp and Pork and the sauce was outstanding! Nice friendly people, clean, neat and tidy definitely my new go to place for Spring Rolls, Pho is Next!! So far nothing in the 7 cities compares! Try it, it is worth it!!

I was cravin' Banh mi one cold day and wouldn't you know it, Phuong Lien is close by. I didn't want to go to a chain pho place , and I found this hole in the wall. Cheap sandwich, great taste. Happy guy. Pate is 100% good. Bring cash!!!!

Best bahn mi I've had outside of Vietnam! Had the grilled pork but will be back to try the rest. Amazing pho, got the combo and it was better than any other pho places in VA. Delicious selection of home made items at the counter, and super friendly service! This place has it all. Perfect place to grab lunch after shopping at the Asian grocery next door.

This place is a hidden gem. You'll find items here (such as banj cuon) that you won't find anywhere else. Great food in a quaint, tranquil setting.

Slow. Looks like it's under new ownership since they changed their name to Pho Va. Sign still says Phuong Lien on top, but store says different. Took 30 minutes to make 6 banh mi's & we were the only ones there. Banh Mi was decent , but they need to work on the process or have more people working. Banh Mis ranged from $5.50-6.50. May only order 1 type of Banh Mi next time to make it faster.

Banh mi was so goooooood!!! I tried their hu tieu as well, apart from maybe a little more toppings, the broth is on point.
