Service wasn’t terrible I could tell the bus boy was trying his best waiter was ok for the environment. Food was really bad ngl. If I didn’t watch him make the pizza I could of sworn it was from a microwave and the birria tacos were very dry I’ve never had them without consomé? When asked for the dip i was givin verde maybe just a disconnect in language but can’t imagine it just coming without and regardless meat was way over cooked. Also like another review mentioned the salsa for the chips was like water soooo bad.

Looking for amazing custom-made pizza? What about some tacos? What about combining the two? The custom-made pizza I ordered came crispy crust, tasty ingredients, and with some barbacoa. Perfectly tender with excellent flavor, it's sure to make your taste buds say "wow". ?

This is the worst Mexican place l have ever been . The waiter threw are food out. Didn't one time ask if we needed more chips and gave four people one tiny little salsa. My dad asked for a refill 30 minutes later and he literally poured the tea into my dad's glass with another glass no pitcher!! So gross!. My chicken sandwich was so burnt , the NHL could use it as a puck! And it looked like a 7 year old made it. Meanwhile our waiter was on the phone the whole time. When it was time to pay the guy hovered over me watching me pay ...so akward as lm looking for which credit card lm going to use.. never in my life have l had that happen , over priced, poor customer service, oh you get one ketchup packet too for a bunch of fries !! Like whatt....!

First, I want to say that I worked in my family’s restaurant business growing up for many years. I hate to leave a bad review for a restaurant that could potentially hurt their business but the service here has been so bad on 2 occasions that I feel compelled to write this review. I also REALLY want to like this place as we live nearby and I’ve always liked Jessy’s food. Tonight, we experienced the following:- server that could not understand our drink order- 2nd server that had to ask us if we ordered beers- it took 10 min after that for us to get our beers (see photo) and they had so much head that we should have gotten another pint for free- their salsa was so watery which was strange (see photo)- their music was cutting in and out as if someone’s device was connected to their audio and you would hear constant notification sounds that none of their employees cared to silence. It was so annoying at times that I wanted to leave.- our 2 year old’s quesadilla was served and we had no silverware- our entrees came out 1 at a time over the course of 10 minutes- it took 10 minutes from the time that we requested our receipt until we received our receiptIt would seem that every employee that we interacted with could benefit from some customer service training. Generally, there was no sense of urgency and things seemed quite disorganized.

The best Mexican and Pizza in town! Great service and atmosphere. Everything is kept clean and the service is fast! Highly recommend :)
The atmosphere was great and beautiful, we did not get an opportunity to taste the food as the kitchen is wide open and you can watch every single person handling your food. And I do mean handling with no gloves. It was not just my order. It was several peoples orders as I watched her take out taco bowls, barehanded she had one. There was two ladies making the taco bowls. Both had one glove on a piece, but yet they were touching it with both hands. One lady picked a pepper up off the taco bowl that she just prepared, wiggled it in the air while she was talking to the other lady, and then laid it back in the taco bowl to give it to the table, as I’m observing that I’m making the decision that I want to leave and then I see the man making the pizzas cutting with his bare hands all the way around each and every slice as he carefully cut eight pieces around so in the Covid world. Even before the Covid world I don’t like people handling my food like this… If you don’t mind that stuff, go, give it a shot. It’s very pretty didn’t even taste of food. Can’t tell you what it taste like.

Looks like I made a mistake ordering the Mexican over the pizza. Steak paper thin and burnt. Instructions weren’t followed so my tacos were loaded with cilantro. Carne asada tacos were flavorless. Might come back to try the pizza, but won’t be getting Mexican here

It's not like La Jessys taquilleria. Food doesn't taste the same.I don't know how to answer your comment, but I order fajitas, they re so dry, and all veggies burn. I can't remember what my girlfriend had, but I recall she was saying she couldn't understand how everything was so bad. Ohhh, I remember we also had the choriqueso or something like that, and I had it before, so I had some expectations, but yours is just a spun of chorizo in a cup full of melt cheese (bad presentation, not the real taste of choriqueso).

Ordered pizza and wings. The thin crust is amazing! Very delicious and quite the surprise. The wings aren't bad as well. The service was sub par. Server couldn't understand what I was saying in English. Wings came out wrong. Had to go up to them behind the bar as they sat there on their phones to ask for extra chips, wing sauce (wings came unsauced), and plates to eat our food on. Seemed promising once we walked in, but, slightly disappointed with service. Food is amazing tho

Kathe was more interested in carrying on her conversation with a coworker than servicing Jessy's patron. She did not hand me my order but instead placed my order on the counter without speaking or looking in my direction, then continued to converse with her coworker. Overall, I was made to feel unwelcome from the time I entered as I inconvenienced Kathe's conversation. I will be sure to let others know that they can receive the same great food and wonderful service from every other location.
