A must visit for breakfast if you're in town. Worth the wait time for the generous modestly priced servings, and for the delightfully patient and friendly staff who expertly usher you through the experience in their cosy dining room. Coffee was hot and strong. I've had their excellent but very filling 3 egg breakfast bagel sandwich before, so decided to try their BLT as part of my search for The World's Best BLT. If you're a BLT fan, you absolutely must forego breakfast and have this. Or get both, you won't be disappointed. I doubt Guy Fieri or Gordon Ramsey could do better. 5 stars!

PP never disappoints! We go here every time we're in VA Beach. There's a reason there's a wait:) Everything on the menu is fantastic and the service is always great. Our server Stephanie was amazing!

Excellent breakfast reasonably priced and huge quantities. Very tasteful and extensive book for a menu. Lots of options for pancakes, various omelets, toppings for pancakes or waffles or both. Some plates big enough to share but cheap enough to just try everything. The eggs Benedict was huge and served with plenty of sauce and lots of Canadian bacon. Looked like homemade English muffins. A must eat place once or twice. Fantastic service and well worth the wait if any. By the way there is some free parking in the garage just inside and and entry to the restaurant from the garage. I didn’t see it until I parked on the street for $2 an hour.

Love breakfast at Pocahontas! Visiting VA Beach & going to Pocahontas is a must! The waffle with fresh blueberries or bananas is my favorite. My husband has several favorites too! And there's lots of options. Service is fast & friendly. If you haven't been to Pocahontas, visit it soon!!

This very kitch breakfast place is always a favorite when visiting VA Beach. There is normally a line to get in, and they squeeze people in very tight, but the food is worth it. So good!

I ordered the pecan pancakes along with an egg combo. I was highly impressed by everything here. The decor is solidly original, the people are some of the best servers I've had, and despite being packed literally wall to wall we were seated in less than 20 minutes. I will gladly dine in again. Wasn't too expensive, and the food was damn good. The pancakes are definitely worth the hype!

Sheesh! This place is truly a diamond in the rough! The pecan pancakes are PHENOMENAL and nothing beats a fruit bowl made of actual fresh fruit ? My son loved the waffles eggs and bacon and the coffee blend that they serve makes for a perfect pair with your meal. (A much needed upgrade from the eggs/coffee at our hotel but we still loved them too) We went in around 830 and the wait was only 15 mins. Thanks for the TeePee waiting area, it was blessing in the early spring weather! Luckily we arrived when we did because it was not long before the people waiting began to fill up the sidewalk. The waitress (Isabella I believe) was attentive despite being short-staffed by three team members. When I mentioned concern about us approaching check-out time she didn't hesitate to accommodate my request to streamline the checkout process in advance. Thanks for a great experience Guys! Keep up the awesome work ?Kid-friendliness: Fair prices and good sized portions

If I could give 0 stars I would. The food was cold, the service was horrible and not a single employee seemed to care. Used to be an awesome place to go but everything about this restaurant has gone down hill!

This place was amazing. We walked in with a party of 11 (obviously large), so they sent us to the “waiting area”, aka a beautiful teepee which the kids adored. After maybe a 20 min wait, they seated us altogether with extreme kindness and hospitality for this large group. Looking at the menu, there were tons of options for great prices ($10-$15/meal). The food came out, and it exceeded our expectations by a long shot. In addition, this was the most amount of food we’ve had for the best prices in the last week. Our server (I think her name was Stephanie) was super understanding of any and all complications, she took pics for us, was knowledgeable of the food, and was overall amazing, indifferent from the rest of the staff. If anything, the tables were a bit crowded, but DO NOT let that deter you.Kid-friendliness: Super entertaining decorations for children!
