PROS:I didn’t get sickLobby appeared clean…but you can tell the employees didn’t want to be there so I knew better but I tried anyway!Cons:Food honestly missing flavor; chicken tender crispy & fresh but bland/tasteless/NO seasoning/NON marinaded. (2) Fried okra and (3)macn cheese (4)and rolls exactly the same…(*) and try placing “Okrah” in a cup and not just tossed round the box like it was a happy “accident” to have in there and not an actual order?No customer service training nor etiquette training for behind the counter… kind of a turn off.

DO NOT GO HERE. I am giving this place a 1 star because I couldn't leave a ( 0 ) star. First off, no management to report to. I placed my order online- 2 hrs before pick up and when I arrived, I still had to wait 35 mins for my food. The order was wrong, missing items in the order and they stated would credit back my account and did not. Also, charged for items I did not receive. Clearly, this place is run by poor management and unprofessionalism. HORRIBLE FOOD, very poor customer service & disappointed all around. Will not be going here again. I hope you improve on your staff & service.

Dinner was great. The unfortunate staffing situation we're experiencing nationally made me think it was going to take a minute to get my food, however, the staff is on top of things and had my order ready faster than Online Ordering indicated.
