I had my bridal shower here and it was absolutely perfect! They let us bring in decorations and even brought out a table for us to use for my favors and other decorations. The staff offered to help us set up decorations and they were honestly just the sweetest. The tea was amazing and so was their food. Thank you for helping make my bridal shower such a sweet memory to look back on

The tea is delicious, the atmosphere is beautiful and the service is phenomenal.My wife and I had our baby shower here and they took extra care of us.I highly recommend them!
I had my baby shower at the Prince Teahouse, and it was truly an amazing experience! The staff was very accommodating and made sure that we had everything that we needed. They had two party tables already set up for the gifts to be placed on when we arrived, and they also were accommodating with allowing us to decorate. On top of that, the atmosphere was just so beautiful. Also the finger foods, the desserts, and the tea was delicious! When everything was done, the staff cleaned everything up, and we didn’t need to do anything. Our event was supposed to end at 6pm, but we were allowed to stay an extra 30-45 minutes, which was so helpful! I am so appreciative to have had my event here to celerate my first baby, and our guests also enjoyed themselves. Special shout out to Anna and Sandy who helped with providing all the info I needed and answering every question I had as a nervous first time mom-to-be. I absolutely recommend coming here not only for fantastic afternoon tea, but also for any event you may want to have!

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience and cannot recommend. I got the geisha green tea, green tea crème brûlée, and the yam soufflé. The geisha green tea was the highlight. There was a strong aroma with a balanced taste. The green tea creme brûlée was mid. Ok flavor and texture but the sugar top was underwhelming. The sugar was very thin making it disappointing when you crack it and there was very little caramelization of the sugar top. The soufflé was bad and had little rise. The eggs were scrambled inside the soufflé giving a terrible texture and overwhelming egg taste. This was very apparent in the middle of the soufflé. It was also one of the few times where I thought it needed more sugar. Without the ice cream on the side, it would have been savory. The room itself was also very echo-y making it very loud at the time I came. Lastly, the service wasn’t great. I was seated immediately but had to wait a while for someone to come by for my order. I did come by at a busy time so I hope that this is because of the rush rather than this being an issue.

I recently had an experience with Prince Tea House, and I must express my profound disappointment with both the customer service and adherence to timelines. The overall service left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my feedback.Firstly, the lack of communication and transparency in providing updates was astonishing. Timelines were consistently missed without any prior notification, leaving a party of 17 in the dark about the status of our concerns. This event was for my friends birthday party. Instead of properly planning for a large party, we only had one person serving us, and unfortunately there was a huge language barrier. It wasn't until I asked for two people to assist our large group that someone came over. Most of us didn't have an opportunity to order food due to the lack of efficiency and overall communication. Furthermore, the customer service I encountered was far from satisfactory. Attempts to seek assistance or clarification were met with inefficiency and unhelpful responses, exacerbating the frustration caused by the service disruptions.In a competitive market, customer service is a crucial factor in retaining patrons. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me questioning the reliability and commitment of your company to customer satisfaction.I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in your services. Customers deserve clear communication, timely updates, and effective customer support, elements that were sorely lacking in my recent interactions. Please consider having two people host a party of 5 or more. I previously left a review at the incorrect location.
