First we waited 5-10 minutes for the hostess, who attempted to sit us down at a table that was still wet from cleaning. The server took 15 minutes to get to us then order our drinks. The Bahama Mama was order frozen and by the time it arrived. The alcohol separated from the mixer. Ultimate shrimp was ordered for two with baked potatoes, one potato came out with rancid sour cream. The other potato never came out. The server never refilled the N/A drinks and then never got our second order of shrimp. This place was not very busy and family across from us waited over 15 minutes for drinks. Also the mother of the family ordered a Bahama Mama that she sent back. Spoke with the manager and she fixed some issues but we will not be returning and definitely do not recommend

Red Lobster has definitely fallen off! The food my family and I had this evening was terribly disgusting and disappointing (except the shrimp cocktail, impossible to mess that up and the biscuits, of course). The lobster was awful, not completely cooked and zero flavor, the macaroni and cheese with bacon was awful, think they must use "can" cheese ?, the broccoli was cold, the baked potato had melted butter and sour cream ALL on the bottom of the plate, and NONE on the potato. I was going to "complain," but decided what's the point. The "manager" would most likely "apologize" and forget everything I had just said two seconds after s/he left my table. My thoughts about that (management doing absolutely nothing about my family's very unpleasant experience) would be indicative of the restaurants poor food service. Haley, however, our server was great! But she even recognized the food presentation was less than subpar.

Had to wait 40 mins to be seated and it was slow after being seated we had to wait 15 more mins until we where even seen by our waitress it took her 20 mins to get our drinks finally after we got our food we didn’t have any utensils to eat with we had to ask for them we only check on once and it wasn’t even from our waitress once we asked for the check it took another 30 mins to get that and we had to ask the manger for and we expressed our concerns but she really didn’t seem to really care and the manger printed out the wrong check over all the experience was horrible it really has me debating if I ever want to go back
This restaurant is under staffed and very unprofessional. The bar tender Jayden W stood there and gossiped with his coworkers about previous customers horribly. Jayden spent most of his time negatively criticizing customers versus taking care of the customers present. The other staff stood around gossiping as well. As a frequent customer of this location, I find it extremely unprofessional and exhausting to be around disgruntled employees. We come to a restaurant for dinner and great service. Not be pulled into your negative experiences and how much you dislike your job! ???

Jaycee was an awful waiter. He was more concerned with trying to conversate and Flirt than taking our order and trying to joke around and taking our order. We waited 30 minutes to even be seated. Then an extr 10 to even get our drinks ordered. Then he seemingly vanished. 20 mins later came back with drinks. Then vanished again. We eventually had to request a waiter we had before (Charles) to take over and he did. Charles is an amazing waiter.Jaycee needs to be fired.Give CHARLES A RAISE!!!!!-Savannah Waugh.
