We were seated shortly after we arrived at the front. Our server was helping someone else but she said she would be right with us. She came to take our order and she was very patient with me and all of my dietary needs. The grilled scallops and shrimp were amazing and so was the sirloin steak. Husband had the double lobster plate. It was a very pleasant dining experience and the music was nice and not too loud. We will be back.

Melva is a horrible manager. I went today to pickup an order today that was supposed to be ready at 6:08 p.m. When I told Melva I had an order for pickup, she stated that she would go check on it. She never checked on my food. She lied and stated that she didn't know anything about it. I waited 30 minutes until another friendly staff member helped me. This is the second time that I have had this problem with Melva.

The service is terrible every time my husband & I dine here. The choice of veggies is "Fried" Beans, Whole Kernel Canned Corn, Broccoli, Side Salad. So if you have any digestive disorders (like my husband & I), you're out of luck. We were given a $10 coupon for the inconvenience. A month later we went. Figured we'd give them another chance. It was pointless! Other couples were getting good service but not us. It was impossible to NOT be aware of it. It seemed like we were either too old or the wrong race for their liking or both. So we've given up! ??Dietary restrictions: You need a more easily digestible side veggie choice. Maybe regular (not fried) greens beans, baby peas or peas & carrots. Not everyone is allowed by their doctor to eat your choices.

I usually don’t do reviews but the hostess doesn’t greet guests because they aren’t at the host stand. I am a dasher waiting for my customers order it’s been over 25 minutes. Other people asked me had I been helped but she never came back to give me an update on the food as someone who managed a restaurant it’s sad to see.

Everything was decent but,the server needed a 1-1with her manager. She had the personality of a robot! Not engaging with guests,nails were very long and not sanitary looking,and when she returned with our carry out containers, the receipt was inside the box!! Not good,that was the straw for me. My husband spoke to the manager on the way out,but I had to get outside before I said something really bad. We've had good and bad experiences while dining out but I can say anything good about her. This is constructive so work with her to keep her job.

Christmas ruined, Christmas night ordered food for pick up and the following happened, waited at curbside for an hour past my pick up time, no problem it's Christmas day I didn't mind the wait. After an hour of waiting and receiving my order half my order was missing and the other half was wrong. Called the restaurant and was told a refund would be issued for missing items and I agreed even though what I did receive was not eaten but still to this day no refund has been issued. Not only will I never eat, or recommend this location ever again. I will never eat or recommend any Red Lobster establishment. The worst experience I have ever experienced. Thank you Red Lobster ?

Our server was very nice but the restaurant was ill- equipped. I get that things run out but this was ridiculous. First we're told they're out of shrimp cocktail, them they're out of Reisling wine, then they're out of ranch dressing and finally out of potatoes...

When you walk in the restaurant it smells like mildew, that may explain the hundreds of gnats that kept flying on our food and hitting our face. Staff explained to us that its being treated and they tried pouring bleach down the drains but was told they werent allowed to do that. This place needs to be closed down and renovated. We knew something wasnt right after we were told the health inspector was in the building last week. I guess since its seafood they wanted to give us the real ocean experience with all the bugs. The food cost too much to have to eat like this.

I went there at 12:00 p.m. cuz they open at 11:00 and let me tell you out of all the Red Lobsters in the area even Town Center has nothing on this Red Lobster the food was excellent the wait staff always check on you just all around a great time and this place never served a bad chedded biscuit always lightly baked warm and great as always
