Great bbq food. Our whole family enjoyed the ribs, chicken and pulled pork. Fresh crispy fries, huge garlic toast, creamy mac n cheese. Corn on the cob was hard & dry but no biggy. Our waiter was friendly, front host not so much but its OK. Pretty packed on a Saturday night, entire staff was super busy. Thanks for serving us, would love to come back again!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu has optional bbq or non bbq dishes.
I feel like it's getting harder and harder to find good barbecue at an affordable price in the area. Rib City delivers! Everything I have ever ordered here has been great, but their smoked beef is my favorite. Always smoky and flavorful, perfectly sliced and trimmed, with no extra fat. Just check out that smoke ring in the smoked beef salad... Chef's kiss!
Service was welcoming, was seated immediately and the wait was not long. Food was fresh and came on a timely manner. Server was considerate since it was my first time they made sure I was familiar with the menu.

I got take out. 1/2# brisket and a baked potato. I've never had brisket sliced so thin. w/o bbq sauce it barely had flavor n some of the meat was way over cooked. potato was mayb the size if a tennis ball. I guess things hav changed in the 5 yrs I lived out of state. used to be much bigger potato n thicker cuts of brisket. Ill try one of the other bbq places next time. I chose this place bcuz I used to luv it. Things have changed. mayb the ribs are better?

I used to enjoy rib city, but I won't be going again. My kid got sick eating their chicken tenders. I called the next morning to let them know and the person who answered the phone didn't have any empathy for the situation. I would think they would've checked on the food. Either way, the response was really nonchalant and disappointing.

Ordered ribs for take out. Ribs were really good with the BBQ sauce. The fries were even better because they were crispy with a sprinkle of cheese flavor. It was $28 and worth the price.
Can't go wrong with their ribs ! YeehawwwwKind of. I wish the ribs were bigger tbh. Like I got the lunch special sure , but the cuts were like half the width of a usual ribs. Nonetheless the mac, beans, and ribs combo are pretty good and juicy. I wanna go again and try out their other stuff!!! Pretty close to my place so it's convenient and I definitely wanna go again.

I have been here many time but this time the ribs were terrible. Over cooked, hard..corn on the cob was just so so but hey the Bread was very good.

Karen was awesome! Super friendly, checked on me often and brought my food out piping hot! I selected the pick three with light chicken, dark chicken, and baby back ribs (best in VB), with baked beans and fries on the side. I couldn't finish, as usual, if you leave here hungry it's your fault! Such a great spot, always at the top of the list!! Try their spicy BBQ sauce, you have to ask for it and it is spectacular!!!! Eat up buttercup!!!!
