OMG. For employee appreciation, my job ordered what I could only describe as the largest salad bar and condiments I had ever seen. The food was no short of awesome. Everything was FRESH! The kale for my salad was the freshest I've had in a long time and they must have massaged the kale to tenderize it (a trick my grammy taught me years ago) because I had two plates of salad with different variations and dressings. My mom, God rest her soul, is weeping happily in heaven because I finally ate my vegetables. I'm sold. I don't have a location in my neighborhood but I'm willing to make the commute. Please come to the 23435 zip code.Bravo....

Food here is not good at all. I ate a couple bites of my salad when I got back to work and had to throw it in the trash. Especially for the price of these, I’m frustrated I couldn’t actually eat it. That being said, the team who works here is really nice.

The staff was helpful and friendly for my first visit. The server answered the questions I asked and offered samples before I purchased my soup. I got a Cesar salad and the soup. The salad is huge and so tasty! The lasagna soup was very flavorful.I did not eat in today but will definitely be back to relax and eat. The music was nice, the place was clean and seating was plentiful.I also learned on Google its a woman owned business to boot!

Tried the Lasagna Soup (amazing!) and Buffalo Bleu Signature salad. Just the right blend of chicken with Buffalo sauce smothered in blue cheese dressing over a bed of lettuce. Served with a roll and butter. Excellent.

Fantastic service and food! I recently posted a staffing issue review, and that has since been corrected. Shout out to the owners for running a clean and effective restaurant.

I was excited to try a new place for lunch. Unfortunately I was underwhelmed and kind of disappointed. I ordered the Turkey bacon Panini and was surprised that the Turkey meat is diced, there are pre-bought bacon bits and shredded cheese. The bread was delicious but the shredded cheese does not melt entirely so it did not bind all of the other items together, which made the panini fall apart almost immediately. My daughter ordered the mozzarella tomato panini which also had diced tomatoes, Her sandwich stayed together a little bit better than mine but definitely underwhelming. It was 1 PM so I expected a lunch rush but with 3 employees behind the counter, I certainly expected the line to move faster.

I’ve never been much of a salad person, but a few weeks ago I tried a salad from here and I’ve been back at least once a week since. The chipotle southwest salad is AMAZING. Even when I get the pick 2, I get a very filling portion of food. Cheaper than Panera and fresher and better tasting. The staff here are consistently friendly and energetic. Everytime I come I get great service.I like this place so much, I told everyone I want Saladworks gift cards for Christmas. I wish I would have tried out this place sooner!

I went there Sunday afternoon with my adult daughter. I've been to this Salad Works before and been satisfied. Today I decided to order the cranberry pecan chicken salad. It comes on large wheat bread, the type you can get at any grocery store. The sandwich was made and wrapped in a foil sandwich wrapper. At my table, I discovered that there was very little of the chicken salad product on my sandwich. I should have taken a picture. They have small pieces of chicken cubes and the dried cranberries. The bread wasn't even half covered with the chicken salad and there was no binder like mayonnaise visible. I took it to the counter and asked, "Is this how you usually make this sandwich?" And the girl said yes. I pointed to the picture of the sandwich on their wall and this didn't make her flinch. She said, "I can give you more if you want @ and proceeded to add more of the same chicken chunks. Either it was made improperly or they have a very bad chicken salad recipe. I did not see our taste any pecans on the sandwich. I did take a photo after it was remade so you can see what it looks like. The chicken was good quality but not enjoyable at all as it was offered to me today. Thumbs down for this sandwich!

My daughter and I visited Saladworks on 6/22/23 around 1:15. The customer service at this location is horrible!!! They did not greet us when we walked in. There was one customer waiting for their food. After the customer service rep finished with the customer, she walked away and started cleaning. She didn't say hold on or give a minute. My daughter and I waited In line for twenty-five minutes. We decided to leave and go next door to Mooyah. We were greeted and received awesome customer service!!!

Was not worth the price. A lot of the lettuce was brown, I threw half of it away, the soup tasted like canned and the unsweetened tea was sweet. Asked for some extra dressing and told it would be a dollar. Next time I'll bring my own dressing.. oh yeah, there won't be a next time.
