Do not order here.Me and my gf ordered food from here online for pickup and everything processed normally then I show up to get it and they are fully closed, mind you this was at 7:30 on a Wednesday. So now we’re just out the money until we can call them but judging by other reviews who knows when they will actually be in. TLDR just all around bad business practices and a completely unreliable calendar

Do NOT order after 10 pm or possibly even 9 pm. I've received Uber orders here three times now, and each time, the door was locked. 9 pm- 12 am, they are closed and shut.

I got a deluxe pizza asked for well done. When l got home stated to eat it it was very soggy in the middle like water soggy. Guess l won't be back. I'm from Brooklyn and this was definitely not Italian pizza.

Growing up I used to love this place so when my mom and I travel back home we like to stop by. After driving almost 9 hours into town, we went to get some! On Wednesday 11/22 at 6pm they were closed. I was so disappointed but I figured maybe they closed early since tomorrow's a holiday? We'll try again. So Sunday at 5:30/6:00ish we check google to make sure they're open. Drive there and nope. Closed. I saw someone inside mopping the floors but lights were off. Closed at dinner time on a Sunday? The pizza in past years was as expected. Mostly I like to go back for the nostalgia but at this rate, I'm not sure they'll be here much longer. I hope things improve soon. :( I'll try once more next time I go to Virginia but that'll be the last chance before I mourn this spot from my childhood.

We ordered from here last night. After an hour of placing our order online we received a cancellation notice for our order. We tried to call to see what the deal was and the phone line has been dead for 24 hours now. Can’t get in touch with them. Hopefully, we get a refund by Friday. Or we’re contesting it with our bank.

We walked into this establishment looking to order a pizza and some wings, but there were no employees in sight. We ended up leaving and going to the Norfolk location instead, where the employees were visible and ready to take our order.

I ordered off their online option and everything went through except for them not answering the phone or saying that they are permanently closed!!! that was $46.50 down the drain!! beyond frustrated with this place and the current owner!!!! my brother used to own this place back when it was an actual good restaurant and had meaning to the local area but now it's nothing but trash, it's very disappointing.
Over priced, the current menu doesn't reflect the prices in their system apparently, which are a dollar or more higher than what is stated. Charging service fees and dine in restaurant fees for take out orders. Unsanitary. Stacked my other orders on top of screaming hot pizza after so cheese was stuck to the inside of my box. Will NOT be returning.

Friday, 8/11/23..The signs and website say open at 11:00am. I drove there, wanting to order food, and waited outside from 11:00 to 11:30. Doors were locked and no one inside. I will never give them my business again. Totally pissed...
