Very Rude staff.I asked for 2 slices with sausage and staff rudely tells me what is out is all I'm going to sell you. There is a Supreme here with sausage. I explained can't eat a Supreme with all that stuff due to medical reason and she just said well. So I took my business elsewhere. Definitely not the sabarro I grew up with. In my opinion I will not return or recommend this location in the lynnhaven mall to anyone.

Got here at 10:30 am to order some pizza! They would not serve me because it was not 11am. Absolutely ridiculous! They have a whole line of food! I worked for this company for 10 years and we never denied people no matter how early it was! If there was food on the line you can have it!! Very disappointed! Not to mention with this much food it has probably been sitting out since 10 o’clock! So it’s not even fresh out the oven when they open!

Claiming to be NY pizza, I can see - they get their dough reasonably right, it's crispy and chewy at the same time.However the cheese is relatively flavorless, and the sauce might as well be ketchup it's so sweet. Service was fast, prices are a little inflated here for what you get portion wise. It's the mall food court, so expect to have to keep an eagle out for a table during peak times, and hopefully that table is clean.

Dear Lord worst pizza ever.I ordered a pizza with onions and green and red peppers well done.Where do I begin?Pizza was undercooked, onions and peppers were thick and raw.Not sure cheese you used but it was NOT mozzarella.

I've only had this type of pizza in an airport but this time I tried the one in the mall and loved it! I ordered the five cheese pizza slice combo with a side of Caesar salad and a chocolate chip cookie. It was really good! The slice of pizza was bigger than most places I've been to and well worth the price! The guy who serviced us was very polite as well! I'd try this place again! Highly recommended!

Usually give places the benefit of the doubt but been here twice both times sent me to the bathroom. This recent time the kid was rude acted like he didn't want to be there
They were not ready to serve even though there was no one in line. Strombolis were just sitting on a rack by the oven, not in the serving station and it seemed they were not prepped to replace other items such as spaghetti and salads. Decent mall food, but the jarrito’s were a nice touch.

I normally wouldn't leave a review of a food court restaurant but I really had to with this one. We come every Sunday at the request of my daughter with special needs. She gets two slices of pizza, two breadsticks, and two marinara and then we take it home. Half is eaten for dinner and the other half for lunch the next day. There is a young lady that works there and I believe her name is Kayla? We remember her when she was new employee and we've watched her grow in her skill, her knowledge of the menu and operation of the front end, and her customer service. We look forward to seeing her every Sunday. She remembers us and exactly what my daughter orders. She looks forward to us coming as well. The whole staff is friendly and the pizza is great! Thank you to Kayla and the staff for welcoming us every week and treating us with kindness! You do more than make pizza, you make our day!

Spent $35 on food for myself and 2 of my daughters…pizza was still cold after coming out the warmer…crust was hard & I didn’t enjoy my food…first & last time eating there!

Get new girl off the line. Charged me for a water cup and pulled the pizza out of the heater early. Going to be avoiding sbarro when she's working
Now, I haven't been out of NY in a while, but this was a good alternative to what we have back home. 9.5/10
