Imagine walking into "the alibi". We had the oysters, they were good. The place smelt like smoke and there were drunks at 6:30. I ordered an old fashioned but they couldn't make it. The service was decent but everyone besides the bartender were not professional.

I started going to seaside in the mid 90s. The absolute best oysters Rockefeller I've ever had. Miss you guys so much. Hopefully I'll be there this may.

Oysters on a half shell, clams steamed, were good. Maybe a few days old, but good. Crab dip was delicious! Great server. Music was the best for our age group. Not a big place, but we enjoyed ourselves.

This place is usually spot on. Think it was just an off night. Found a fly in my cocktail. Then the server never smiled or even acknowledged us when we said thank you. The place just had a weird vibe that night..will I go back again? Yes

My husband and I ate here while on a weekend getaway in October. We wanted a close place to have some raw oysters. The seaside raw bar was across the street from our hotel and the good reviews indicated we should try it and boy we certainly did enjoy it.My husband had a full dozen of their raw oysters while I had a half a dozen. They were very good. Fresh, briny and delicious! My husband had the steamed shrimp platter with a pound of shrimp, drawn butter and cocktail sauce came with his meal along with red skin potatoes, spicy sausage and half an ear of corn.I had the 1/2 and 1/2 platter which was 1/2 pound of steamed shrimp and a 1/2 pound of crab legs. With the above accompaniments. It was so very Good! We really enjoyed our meals and will return again for sure.

I don’t know what to say besides “come here!” Absolutely amazing service, hospitality and most importantly, food!! Holy cow. Never have I been in a dive bar that not only stores the labeled and dated food right in front of you, but preps and cooks it as well!?? My fiancee has a gluten allergy and when we initially asked about the gluten, the staff was not too sure. After a very friendly and brief conversation, we found out most of their dishes are gluten free!!! Heck yes!! Two dozen oysters, a 50/50 boil, crab dip and several drinks later, we were having drinks with the, then off duty, chef and having and amazing time eating and drinking and making new friends all around. Such a divey experience and the prices for the food are amazing. Do not hesitate to come here. Don’t let the cover fool you. Just coke hungry and thirsty.

Have not been here for the food but the drinks are always good. The club in the afternoon is always a must to go to enjoy either a share or live music. A must go

I expected a low key place but there was a DJ playing loud music.. kind of felt like a club. We got raw oysters and clams. The clams were tiny but I guess we should have expected that. The oysters were a decent size but I did get shell in a couple of them.. they didn’t come on ice and by the time I finished most of them, I was a little nervous that they were room temp. I wasn’t sick the next day so I guess everything by was fine.
