The person who brought my food out had incredibly dirty nails, my shake cup hadn't been wiped off and I wasn't given any napkins, I asked for no cherry in my shake and there was a cherry, both orders of tots were old, the bacon double cheeseburger was an old double cheeseburger with no bacon. I went back to have it replaced and asked for a fresh bacon double cheeseburger with no tomato only to receive another OLD double cheeseburger. I went back around the drive thru and told the MOD that the burger I received was wrong for a second time. She walked away from the window without saying anything and then comes back with a side of bacon telling me that I can add the bacon to the sandwich myself. I replied and said if I wanted to make my own sandwich I wouldn't have ordered one. I then simply asked for a refund and she said she can't give me one because I placed the order on the app. I t told her 7 times I didn't use the app and I placed the order online. She proceeded to tell me that orders placed on the sonic website are 3rd party and she can't help me. I haven't been to this Sonic location in several months and I immediately remember why I stopped coming. The service is dreadful and the food is always cold and/or wrong. I hope Trevor turns things around. Ember was very kind.

Horrible customer service! Taylor at the drive-thru speaker was extremely short & rude when we asked if they still offered solar eclipse glasses with orders of the black out slushee. - however, got our 2 slushees that were not half bad along with 2 pair of eye protection for the eclipse.

Horrible experience!! We could not hear the order taker because of the static in the mic. When we got our food you could tell the fries had been there half the day. There was no heat at all to them, dry and shrunken. My grandson could not bite into his popcorn chicken because they were so hard. The cherry limeade drink tasted like a flat sprite. I asked for fresh food. The female worker that came and got our food thought it was funny. We got more food but the fries were cold again. Sonic is usually my favorite place to eat out but now I’m done!!!

Always a staple on my visits to Virginia Beach. While I no longer partake in the footlong chili dogs I enjoyed the chicken sandwich, onion rings, jalapeño poppers, and chili cheese tater tots. Ocean water is a signature drink. Wish they had one where I live. Fast and fun service.

Best Sonic in town!! This location has really turned around under new leadership. Food was great & fresh, drive thru times short, and service was exceptional with a smile. Would highly recommend stopping by Sonic Laskin Rd for a quick bite to eat and a friendly experience not usually seen in today's fast food industry. Keep up the great work!

My wife and I went through the drive thru and ordered a popcorn chicken combo with bbq sauce and a bacon cheese burger with no tomato. The order somehow came to 27.00 at the window. After it was corrected it was still 20.00 which is mind boggling to me for fast food.We were asked to pull up and wait and even with it being a drive thru we waited for about 5 min.They brought our food out to us but forgot the drink. After pulling away my wife began to eat and noticed there was no sauce for her chicken. After getting home I opened my burger to find the tomato's that I requested to not be on my burger.Overall it was an overpriced, time consuming, incorrect order of an experience and causes us pause to give any sonic a visit in the future.

It’s not that difficult, even a child could get it right the first time and even if they got it wrong they sure wouldn’t get it wrong AGAIN. We went to the other sonic a few miles away and they made it perfectly :)

my tater tots were as hard as a rock. My water had exactly one ice cube and it fell out the cup. My server wasn’t a good skater. I could tell because his form was not fundamentally correct and could have had a lot of improvements. The restaurant looked nice but you know what they say “looks can be deceiving”?, also there was this very very beautiful cloud in the sky that looked like a kitten. In the hit movie Surfs Up chicken joe also saw a cloud that looked like a kitten. Make sure to watch Surfs Up if you haven’t already because the voice actor for Cody Maverick is literally Shia Labeouf.Wheelchair accessibility: the smoothness of the floor was royal, and latherlicious. I was popping wheelies on wheelies with my new wheelchair. Had me attracting all the looks from the ladies more specifically the kids and did u know the movie called Holes has a kid in it and the actor is Shia Labeouf?. What a great actor?
Food was good, though a tad slow. Ambient music made it very hard to hear (hence one star). Burgers were a tad soggy, and one of them fell apart - but it was still delicious.

Family and I got different shakes, tater tots and fries. And they were great outside atmosphere was nice. And the people was very nice, fast service as well.Kid-friendliness: Was there a dawn launch and had the grand kids with us? And we all had a good time on the outside. The atmosphere was nice and people respect the kids that were around.Parking: What opens space with a whole lot of parking along with the stores that are around, so parking is never a problem..Wheelchair accessibility: You would be able to get up and down on the ramp if you had a wheelchair very accessible
