I have been to this Starbucks twice now, and each time I regret my decision immediately, and head to a different Starbucks to get the correct drink. The first time I got a large cold brew, with extra cream and hazelnut. Simple, right? Nope. We spent 10 minutes together. She would fill the cup all the way up, with no room for any cream or even hazelnut. I had to sit there and pour out the coffee, add the cream and hazelnut myself. The second time, I asked for a large cold brew with the salted Carmel cream cold foam on top (a SIGNATURE drink). Apparently they don’t train their staff on how to make this. She poured just cream in it, no foam. Then gave me the wrong lid, and a straw. I tasted it, and it tasted like a burnt coffee that had been sitting there all night. So, I threw it away. I don’t think this is a staff issue, I think it’s clearly a training issue that management needs to address. You can’t be a Starbucks, and have zero idea on how to make coffee. This second time I went was a hope that they actually know what they are doing, but apparently they do not. I will NEVER return there.Management, fix your issues.
