Maybe it was an off day. I've never ordered from this location before. My sub was pretty bad. The bread was hard, & stale, veggies were soggy, and it was more sauce than anything else. Tried a couple of sidekicks. The pretzel was good, but the taste of the churro was strange, and it was hard to chew. It can't always be this bad, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe just not their best day.

Ordered a sandwich and asked for oil and vinegar. Instead some "vinegar sauce" was put on the sandwich. I kindly told the lady that she put the wrong dressing on without clarifying. I had the sandwich remade as I have had the "vinegar sauce" before and it is not good at all. When I get to the check out I am told I have to pay for BOTH sandwiches. $26 later I paid for two sandwiches and walked away with only one to eat. I should have just walked out. Totally blown away. I asked why I had to pay for the sandwich they made wrong and was just told, "Sorry, they say you have to pay." When I asked who is "they" and requested to speak to a manager...they said there was no manager. Obviously I will never go to this location again. There is another one just up the road with much better management anyway.

Owners are extremely rude and stingy. They are very stingy with their toppings, and when I asked to put more lettuce they barely give more and when I ask to please put more than what they give me before they start giving dirty looks and arguing back with me.I literally have to ask them on every topping to put more because they are barely putting anything on. I’m paying for my sub I want as much toppings as I like on my sandwich not be given like it’s a garish on a sandwich. Will never eat from this specific place again!

They are very stingy with their toppings, and when I asked to put more lettuce they barely give more and when I ask to please put more than what they give me before they start giving dirty looks and arguing back with me.I literally have to ask them on every topping to put more because they are barely putting anything on.
