Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant in a long time, waited 45 minutes for my food the other day and it was absolutely disgusting!

I should have known by the restaurant being completely empty that my experience would be an unpleasant one.The worker who met us at the front seemed like she couldn't be bother to really help us. No sense of customer service, no greeting, and absolutely a flat affect. After begrudgingly taking our order, we decide to dare eating our food at the restaurant. Not only was the size of my entree not large, but wasn't even what I ordered. And they expect a tip when you pay....ha. Maybe if they concentrated on customer service instead of listening to earbuds or being on their phones their dining room would be full.I was excited to try TM, but I will definitely not be back again. Food was otherwise unremarkable. I have had better from Chinese fast food.

I tried Teriyaki Madness today for the first time and it was a great experience! The woman taking my order was so kind and helpful, she walked me through the menu and even let me try the spicy chicken before I ordered. My food was delicious and the customer service was top tier. I manage a restaurant, and this establishment really impressed me.

The service is fast and quick with little down time. I was able to meet the owners and chat a little while I waited. The food is delicious. If you're looking for something somewhat on the healthier side of fast food, this place is it. You can choose your protein, vegetables, and rice. Usually I like to dine in when I have the time but had to get back to work. It's has become a lunch stable for me.

I order from them probably twice a month. Food is always good but I OFTEN get robbed when I order the extra meat. Sometimes its actually the extra amount other times they forget. I also, recently had my order in for over an hour just for them to cancel it and not answer their phone or call me.

Clean restaurant! Food is similar to Sarku in mall food courts, with the exception of having 3x better food quality. Fried rice was mushy, white rice was great! Didn’t try any
I discovered Teriyaki Madness on the way to going to the Field House next door right before my volleyball game & this place did not disappoint. First, their service is great & they make sure the place is sanitized and clean. Eriana always greets me with a big smile. Second, their food is delicious and my cravings are always satisfied. I always recommend this place & all who i've told about this place, liked it :D

Second time coming and the same disappointing result. The food was bland much to no flavor and they charge for every little thing which charges the bill sky high. Will not be coming back the food is definitely not worth the money at all. The same price you spend here you could go next door to Cava and have fresh better tasting food with actual flavor. This spot is a joke for real.
