Waited over 15 minutes just for silverware, water. Kid had to eat bread I ended up grabbing myself as no server would meet our table off the table because there was no plates. Absolutely terrible service. No high chairs or booster seats again had to serve myself I did not know I would have to be my own server tonight.

Food was served luke warm, ribs were dry and over cooked, house salad appeared to be out of a bag of mixed lettuce and they add croutons, cheese, tomato , and a bit of hard boiled egg, baked potato was ok but again luke warm and cold by the time I took two bites, steak was pretty good, cooked as I requested, rolls were piping hot and the best thing served. Service was excellent.

My first time visiting... at first my steak was undercooked (it was still mooing).. when they recooked it, it was over cooked (like chewing rubber)... but they made me a whole new steak to perfection! Maria our server was amazing! Thanks to the staff for making what could have been a not so great experience into a really great one! Oh and the rolls are fire!!

Been over 20 times. Normally get the 8oz steak with a side of rice and baked potato for around $20. I like my steak cooked medium but most of the time they under cook it so I usually order it medium well and it comes out medium. The steak is the only thing I ever order and it's really amazing for the price. I had fried pickles once and they were really salty but I couldn't stop eating them they tasted so good. The servers are decent overall I'd rate it 7/10. Don't forget to ask for the free peanuts on the way out

All I wanted was Texas Roadhouse after months of craving it. It was absolutely disappointing. I ordered to go. Multiple sauces that went with the meal were missing. My husbands country fried steak was like chewing on rubber. There was a bug in my salad. My order of broccoli had literally two pieces of broccoli.I called the restaurant just to let them know about the bug and was on hold for 30 minutes until someone told me they would take a message and a manager would contact me in a day or two. It’s been a week and still no call.I will NEVER eat at this location again. Trust the reviews on this one that you will likely have a horrible experience at this location.

Our experience at Texas Roadhouse was fantastic!Abby was completely on top of everything and delightful table side. As always, the bread was fluffy and sweet and paired perfectly with their signature cinnamon butter. The fried pickles tasted like they opened a fresh jar just for us and perfectly crisp, and the steaks we picked out (16oz sirloin and ribeye) were cooked perfectly and came out at the perfect time after our salads, despite being during the middle of Saturday night service. We didn't stay for dessert this time, but it would have been delightful I'm sure. In commemorating my late grandfather who absolutely loved a good steak, I'm glad we went here. Just remember to use call ahead seating on the app in advance or you'll have a long wait to get in.

I stopped going to the Virginia Beach location as it's gone to absolute trash. I eat Texas Roadhouse at least once every two weeks with my wife. We drive right past the VB location and eat at the Chesapeake one, on wal mart way. I decided tonight give the VB location a try for carry out, WHAT A MISTAKE this was, NEVER AGAIN!! The medium 16oz ribeye was half the size of the 16oz ribeye from the Chesapeake Location, cooked BURNT. $48 wasted. At least the mashed potatoes didn't have corn in them. This location is famous for that! I'll never spend another penny at this location, Chesapeake & Suffolk locations have a totally different menu and season I suppose. It's a different restaurant. Horrible!

Went for a date night out with my husband on top of waiting over a hour for our food. I ordered my steak medium well came back well done, asked to make again. The manager Jesse stood by as I cut into my steak and he clearly seen and I seen my steak was rare. Out of disappointment my husband and I left no type of compensation or refund given. Highly disappointed. Our waitress was A1 she was great!
