I ordered the crab cakes and while they were not terrible, I was expecting something more from a restaurant located on the beach and serving other seafood such as muscles and oysters.They were good crab cakes for sure and would be one of the highlights if this restaurant were situated elsewhere. But I have had better crab cakes from local fisheries where I am from as well as for a cheaper price (2 patties cost $40).

I went here for my birthday because I just wanted a cold beer and a burger with my family. The food was awesome! I really loved my southern burger, my kid loved the fried shrimp, and my husband’s chicken and waffles were the best I’ve had! However, there was only one waitress and she was understandably stretched thin and the ladies bathroom was out of toilet paper in three of four stalls.Parking: We parked at the city lot on 24th and pacific and then walked down to the boardwalk and back up to the brewpub. It was really pleasant!

Great atmosphere. I tried the VB hot chicken sandwich and it was SPICY! Great sandwich and the fries were pretty good. I also had the strawberry cobbler (seasonal) and it was loaded.Not the best options for gluten free diets; 6 options are gf and 3 of them are salads.

Every year, my colleagues and I choose this place for our annual social gathering, and we always reserve the back area. The staff members are consistently friendly and accommodating. The food they serve here is truly delicious, and on each visit, we are delighted by their selection of excellent charcuteries. It's an ideal venue for social gatherings, thanks to the presence of a bar and two seating areas, one in the front and one in the back. The ambiance of the place, resembling a garage warehouse, adds a unique and cool touch to the experience.
Loved stopping in late on a Friday. They had both a room for parties and for individuals. I sat at the bar and had amazing service! Super friendly bartender who recommended good local brews. They have a buy a beer program for vets which I thought was cool. I got a burger and fries and they were amazing. It came with a honey mustard that was amazing.

This is a real nice place for my and my family to grab dinner together!! A really awesome entrance where you walk in like a big garage warehouse that turned into a restaurant. A lot of natural lights coming in from the window that makes the whole place feel like a great vibe.The service is awesome people are super friendly and helpful!! The food is amazing!!! My boys ordered burgers with fries and I got myself some delicious salads!! Definitely coming back!!

I liked the food and beer, the service was the limit. Empty bar area, but the 4 of us were denied sitting in the corner booth.
I have to call it the way it is. Best Chicken Sandwich lifetime !!!! I heard so much about the VB Hot Chicken sandwich I had to try it. It's a game if not life changer! Not overbearing hot, which was good. It was so delicious with the cold beer. You have to try this sandwich. The Bunker is cool, laid back atmosphere, friendly hometown feel. Sammy is doing an amazing job behind the bar; she was a friendly and professional. I love this place. Wish they were in San Diego.
