Waiter took forever with getting us a menu and with taking our dessert order; and he got my friends order wrong, so we had to wait for my friend's correct food to come out too. We were in there seems like forever.

I used to eat here all the time but my husband doesn't love chains so we don't come often.I love the huge menu, you can take your time and find a little of everything on this menu. It's hard for places to have a menu this big and execute with great foods, fresh ingredients, and good taste but Cheesecake Factory is doing it right.My faves are their salads - they're huge and delicious and reasonably priced for as much food as you get. Burgers are great. I also enjoy their Skinnylicious menu items and they have the best appetizers in town I believe. Buffalo Blasts and Firecracker Salmon, NOM.For cheesecake, you can't beat it. More than a dozen flavors and all served with their delicious whipped cream tower. I love the Turtle, Oreo, Red Velvet, and the White Choc Raspberry (my all-time favorite).It's located in VAB Town Center which has a bustling shopping area and tons of free parking in one of the garages.

Very disappointed, I ordered a turkey and avocado sandwich from the skinny menu as I have done in the past only to find they threw the sandwich on a hamburger bun…yuck. Looks like after Covid, they jacked up prices and reduced quality. The salad that came with the small sandwich was only mediocre. Cheesecake was good though.

The pasta in the shrimp alfredo I ordered I could tell used to be frozen from the texture. The sauce was also grainy and bland. The shrimp were hacked to pieces and overcooked. The last I had brought this up, the waiter had argued with me and refused to remove it from the bill, so I said nothing this time around. My raspberry lemon drop was delicious, but not $16 delicious. I guess that's why the drinks don't have prices next to them. I think I am done going to Cheesecake factory. These were the same issues had when I was last there about four years ago, silly me thinking it had improved.And for everyone's sake, please stop having the lights so low. It doesn't create the ambiance that you think it does. Instead, it leaves guests with a headache after squinting most of their dining experience.

Best food and strawberry shortcake. Beautiful restaurant. Ancient art decor in the walls and ceilings. Staff is hit or miss most times ok. Wait time is terrible especially if you have reservations. But always make reservations or you’ll wait hours.
