If you don't like oily food, make sure to tell them "go very light on the oul." We had them deliver a meal the week after we ate their-- great service, their own driver. Only $3. from restaurant to North End area.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy parking, entry, and table availability. I'd called ahead. They were not crowded when we went for an early dinner.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant I have been to in Hampton Roads. A little pricey but well worth it. Oh, they don't have General Tso chicken on the menu. Theirs is called Governor's Chicken and IMO is the best in the area.

The food is actually pretty good not excellent but for takeout it’s about average. They often price gouge you have to watch your credit card statements. I ordered a dish that was $23 after the taxes and delivery fee. She told me the cost was going to be $30, when I got my credit card statement, it was $34 and some change. I called to inquire as to why the price increased. The lady gave me some bogus excuse about credit card fee, which is illegal in the state of Virginia to pass on your credit card fee to your customers. Not to mention, I only live directly across the street less than five minutes from them, but I understand everybody has to get paid. Nevertheless, she was very Rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained to her that I work in a law office. And that it would be illegal to pass on Credit card fee to their customers and that I would be letting the attorney in my office know because that’s what they practice is based on Most of the time. I wish I could leave them a more positive review but overall, it was not a good experience. Even upon pick up of food, they are not very friendly. and does not seem to appreciate my business. That’s just my experience but hey, if you have money to give away and you’re very hungry and they are closest place then give them a try, but if you have options by all means, there are better ways to spend your money or better places rather rather.

We have never experienced a better Chinese restaurant. We were also blown away by the complete and excellent vegan menu! Best vegan options of any omnivore restaurant we have been to. Our family has major food restrictions due to our daughter dealing with Type 1 diabetes and they were so kind to accommodate. We make this a stop now for every visit to Virginia Beach! Thank yall for all that you do! So grateful we found yall! ???Vegetarian options: HUGE VEGAN MENU! WOOOOOO!

Food is excellent, probably one of the best in the area. Nice atmosphere and ambiance. Always full of patrons, which sometimes causes a little delay in food service when many people are seated and ordering at the same time. Very wide variety of choices that never disappoint. Colorful and comfortable interior that can accommodate both small and large parties. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Many menu choices.Dietary restrictions: Staff tries to accommodate any dietary restrictions, and there are numerous options on the menu to choose from.

We chose Imperial Palace for our weekly dinner date last night and was not aware it was the Lunar New Year!! There was a raucous Lion Dance going on when we arrived and we decided it looked like fun! Plus, we have enjoyed their delicious food before so we decided to stay! Customer service was a little slow because of the event but the food was delicious as usual! This was the best Orange Beef I have ever had!! I love this place! ❤️

I was really underwhelmed by this restaurant. The food was bland and overpriced. Service was speedy, albeit a tad pushy.

We've only been in this area about 3 years & this is hands down the best Chinese food I had since we arrived.I had the chicken broccoli combination platter. It came with a choice of soup, an egg roll & plenty of crunchy noodles!!The wonton soup was amazing, with a clear broth & tiny slices of roasted pork. Everything was tasty & everyone in our party of 6 enjoyed their meals. I'll be back!!

Always great food and nice people. They have a shrimp and vegetables lunch special that's great. Also any Chinese meals you like. Try the Chicken Corn soup it looks like it made with egg drop but has a great chicken flavor.

We ordered a sampler platter, hot and sour soup. It was our first time, so we wanted to experience a few different flavors. It did not disappoint. The soup and entre items were delicious. The only potential hang up on this delicious restaurant is the fact that on some items they charge 5-10$ more, per item, than cheaper Chinese food places. I don't mind the slight price increase, and we do be returning.
