This is primarily an outdoor eatery with fabulous drinks. A great location for children and dogs, too. During the December Holiday season, the Shack has an indoor Christmas market with local vendors. Live music, and all the holiday decor. It's awesome. We always find something for our families' holiday gifts. Highly recommend stopping by for a bite to eat and Bourbon Hot Cocoa. Yum!Parking: There's a city paid parking garage right next door, there is some free on street parking out front, and also the city parking lot at Rudee Inlet is about a 5min. Walk id free from Oct 31-March 31.Kid-friendliness: Kids are encouraged to come with families. There are activities and large outdoor area to play around.Wheelchair accessibility: The area is flat and has artificial turf, easy to wheel around.

First time here. What a super neat, relaxing, awesome place! Food was great, and atmosphere 10/10! Only negative is the male bar tenders were grumpy ? Otherwise great experience!Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids playing around but not in an annoying way. It's outside but contained ,so it really does work for everyone. They've done a great job with this place!

Burrito says this is definitely a hang out spot for warmer weather. Today, in this changing slightly off season there was a lot left to be desired. Dumpling says it looks like a great space for group chill, but there was an overall lack of direction, especially when it came to ordering. The chicken skewers were the bomb. We would eat those again and probably double down. The nachos were a pass, as they were not properly layered and just generally lack luster. Underwhelming for sure. The crushes here were nothing to leave home for. No pics of the food because it was not visually stunning.Kid-friendliness: You could bring kids here to play. Also, fur-babies!
What a great bar and event space. Owned by the same people who own Watermans. Famous for.their crushes. There are fire pits, games, twinkle lights, and inexpensive cocktails. We dropped by for one as we were flying out early the next day. It is a great place with great ambiance, and if I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular. Jarod was our bartender, and I described I wanted something tropical, but not too sweet, and he nailed it. It's definitely a go-to spot for anyone visiting Virginia Beach.

A little overpriced for what you get but expected unless you go inland and eat away from the tourist area.Atmosphere is really nice with good food. I then proceeded to buy five more tacos for myself, and bought 20 more tacos for the people that were around me. This place has amazing food…
