Walked in. The containers looked ransacked and disgusting. The kid working on 8/16/23 at approximately 2-3 PM had his head down on a table in the corner looking at his phone. I looked at him for 15 seconds and he never moved. I then walked out and shook my head. Do better.

Went in before closing time and had grabbed a cup and everything when the cashier told me that “they were closed”. There were about 7 other people in there and I guess he didn’t have time to take one more order for my pregnant self with cravings but the group of people was fine. Had to go all the way to Sweet Frog on Great Neck to get some frozen yogurt. Be careful if you go here you might get shooed away!

I really like this location :)I’m writing this review hoping someone who works there will see it because I have a small requestPlease stock more basic flavors without eggs (I’m a vegetarian so there’s not much here I can eat, I’m also autistic so I like the simple flavors)Obviously what I said above just applies to me so don’t avoid this place because of me please. Their staff is very friendly and they have a lot of options and lots of nice toppings (and hopefully more options without eggs someday)

I agree with the average review. This is barely a two-star experience. I've never seen a worse selection of yogurt. And the yogurt they had was not the proper texture. This is a sad yogurt shop. I think they have out lived their usefulness.

One star because it's mandatory. I'll add another star because the place was clean and the toppings bar was stocked. DOCKING THIS LOCATION THREE STARS for the fact that they have clearly SOLD gift cards to customersin the past and now are refusing to accept them. When we inquired with an employee, we were simply redirected to a message taped to the wall stating that they do not accept gift cards. Uhhhhh....listen kid. A "sign" doesn't do anything to justify the fact that your employer took money from people in exchange for a gift card and now refuses to honor it. Get a clue. Will never be back to any of their locations.

The toppings bar was clean, and the whole store was very tidy. We enjoyed our frozen yogurt very much and will be back again soon!
