Server had no personality, had to remind her about our water and drink several times. The Chicken wings with Ole Bay seasoning were hard as a brick and no taste of Ole Bay sauce.Never ever again will I visit this restaurant!! ?

got seated and waited 30 min before my family and i took off.. we pressed the “call” button multiple times and in the 30 minutes we were seated not once did someone introduce themselves or take our drink order.. mind you, it was no where near busy. there were multiple servers that looked at us many of times and ignored our table.. terrible service.

My waitress was great and food was ok (too salty). My issue was with the receipt's suggested tips at the bottom. Basically, the suggested 10-20% rates were actually 20-40% of the actual bill. I bought this to the staff's attention at checkout/host stand. They verified I was correct and stated the computer made this mistake. Well, who programmed it. Let me know if your mileage varies.

My wife and I come here pretty often and it has never been a bad experience. Except for tonight. 20 minutes wait to get seated. That’s fine, whatever. Then we sat for another 25 minutes without a single acknowledgement from ANY staff while we were there. No drinks to start, no “sorry for the wait”, “we’re under staffed”, or “we’re busy”, “someone will be with you shortly”, not anything. Food is always on point, but horrendous service ruins the whole experience. Management definitely has gone downhill.

It was a Sunday night so the wait was a bit longer than expected, but the service and food made up for that. I got the combo with crab, shrimp and sausage. I couldn’t believe it was only 19.99 and it was so good! I even had left overs!

Today was not a good day for lunch at Twisted Crab Lynnhaven. My daughter and I ordered our food with a server who had an AirPod in and it took 15 minutes to just get our drinks. My daughter ordered crab legs sausage corn and potato’s and found hair in her food. Our server went to go talk to the manager and all she said was that the kitchen employees wear hair nets. She said that she wasn’t implying that it was our hair but that’s obviously what they were saying. The manager did not even come talk to us and our server just said they were in a bad mood. We weren’t offered for the food to be remade nor were we offered a discount. The problem wasn’t that we found hair in our food it was the fact that the manager didn’t do anything to fix what happened. That manager needs to be train on how to handle situations that will arise.
