My daughter and I visited Tira's today, unaware that it was a Vietnamese restaurant. We were in search of lumpia, but Google had other plans. ? The gentleman that met us at the counter explained the differences between the Vietnamese eggroll and lumpia. We decided to give it a shot and I couldn't be more happy with our order! The egg rolls were fresh and amazing! The gentleman and young lady we spoke with were SO WARM AND GENUINE! The decor and gifts were So cute and inviting! They also have the biggest money tree I've ever seen in my life! It's really impressive! The whole experience was wonderful and we will definitely be back!!!

I got the pork bahn mi and lychee lotus tea with white boba.This is a cute place to visit if you want a bahn mi and boba. The bahn mi itself was made well. The baguette was toasted, there was lots of meat and veggies and the size was medium sized. They use mayo instead of pate, and the pork isn’t charbroiled so the Smokey flavor was missed. There also isn’t any cilantro. But even though it’s lacking in those areas, it’s still a bahn mi that can be appreciated by those who aren’t used to strong Vietnamese flavors. I would say It’s a more Americanized bahn mi. I would rate the ambience and the service higher than the food taste, since the person serving/at the cashier was very kind and sincere. She checked on me a few times to make sure the food was good.The lychee lotus tea was refreshing. It’s a drink I will think about on a hot summer day.Overall, I’m pretty satisfied. The portion is filling and for the price it’s competitive. But for a more traditional bahn mi taste/crave I would go somewhere else.

I would definitely come back again. I had the vermicelli with grilled chicken and green milk tea with a strawberry bear. While waiting for our meal and drinks, we snacked on the rice paper snack (it is my new addiction). The bear comes in two options: coffee or strawberry. The concept is cute but in terms of taste I couldn't taste the strawberry. Then the food... it came out fresh and steaming. The vermicelli with chicken was delicious, especially with Tira's Sauce. I would also like to point out that the chicken was mouth watering tender. Besides the delicious food options, the service was excellent and it was nice and relaxing with the ambient music. The employees were helpful and even the owner (Tira) checked in on us.

Finally I got to see the Ice Teddy Bears!! :) And it was everything I imagined and more! They currently have a Tiramisu drink series (Tiramisu Milk Tea, a latte, and a Taro drink!) I had the Tiramisu taro milk drink with the Coffee flavored Ice bear on top with tapioca bubbles and honestly, it's one of the best combinations that I've had in quite a while! It's located where Jelly ball used to be on the blvd (which was my favorite boba place) and for some reason, Tira's bubbles are strangely similar to Jelly ball which made me so happy!!! The ladies at the front, T and Anna were so sweet and answered all our questions and Tira herself came and asked us how we were doing! We also tried two flavors of their Rice Paper mix bags (Bánh tráng trōn) 1 cheese and 1 seaweed flavored! Reminds me of those thin lumpia wrappers and you have to let it sit on your tongue to almost melt and become soft. Flavors were nice and it has a little spicy kick to them! Perfect place to relax (peaceful background music) and enjoy quality boba and quality Vietnamese food!

One of the best lunch spots around! I regularly crave their bahn mi's. I can never duplicate them at home and no where else's is as good as theirs! And the workers are always so sweet. Bonus points for Sanrio merchandise!

I ordered the Beef Banh Mi and the 3 fried shrimp and the tiramisu coffee and everything was delicious. The flavor on the fried shrimp wasn't too strong and it was perfectly cooked and crispy. The Banh Mi was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. The coffee was a little too strong for me but it was not too sweet which is perfect for me. If you like coffee you will like that drink as well. 10/10 would recommend!!

It was my first time eating here, despite my frequency's in this shopping center. I had the lunch beef platter with rice and fresh veggies with a side dressing. It was presented beautifully and so delicious! Customer Service was delightful and although I was taking my meal to go, I was generously asked if I'd like some water and encouraged to take a seat while I waited for my meal. It was a pretty decent size meal that didn't make me feel guilty after eating it! The petite restaurant was very warming and had an eclectic style to it. Would definitely recommend!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ty for making my first experience at Tira's Foods, a great one!Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious entrance area with tables and chairs that can easily be moved for easy wheel chair access.

What can I say about Tiras? It's by far my favorite place to eat- their banh mi, Vietnamese coffee, pandan waffles- you name it, it's all delicious! The owners are just the sweetest couple and they're always so friendly.My fiancé and I have been going since they first opened and they've just recently hit their one year mark- celebrating with fun giveaways! If you have not gone here yet it's a must try!
