Tortugas is Awesome! What a great setting by the pools and right on the ocean and boardwalk. The staff is friendly and attentive. Emily has got it going on! Sure wish they could enclose the pool area and still operate in the winter. Wouldn't that be awesome!!

The atmosphere was beautiful and I enjoyed the live music. However, the Cajun shrimp tacos were inedible. My husband had the fish sandwich which was just ok. Extremely overpriced for less than average food. I would not go back.

came for a couples days off .. the drinks menu is awesome so many options .. yet my favorite liquor is not in the frozen menu .BUT our bartender Emily accommodate our preference requests .. the vibes .. the beach .. and best playon music.. is something worth a visit love it ..

We stopped by Tortugas Tiki Bar several times during our stay on the boardwalk. Emily & Shawn took great care of us! Drinks were delicious and the food was exceptional! But ultimately, the atmosphere and the service kept us coming back for more. I will certainly be hitting up this tiki bar when I return to Virginia Beach for another stay. Jimmy Buffett would approve.
