Every time I have ordered online in the past few months, the time it says it will be ready has been way off. I end up waiting for my food for at least 15 minutes every single time and today made me late for an event. I noticed today even people who ordered dine in got their food before I even got my online order. Major bummer because I enjoyed this place but have wasted way too much time waiting and the level of service has diminished.

Friendly staff, tasty coffee. But unfortunately the other drinks we bought we're kind of disappointing. The tumeric steamer with cinnamon and maple syrup in particular didn't have much taste to it which was surprising! For the price, I'd probably recommend their coffee drinks.

My favorite coffee place ☕️? Been here so many times and the staff is always friendly, the food and drinks are delicious! My favorite bagel is the lox (there is also avocado lox, which is a bit different, both are awesome though) ? Love the signature lattes - Caramocanut is probably the best!Parking: 2-hours parallel parking, Blue Garage right around the corner of the building
This place is so clearly mismanaged. The wait times are so long, the workers look like they need help, and on top of all of that the coffee is horrible, weak and over priced. id rather go to

I wrote a scathing yelp review yesterday afternoon because I was treated so poorly by a new employee. I came back to this, my regular spot, at 7:30 am where there were two employees and the chef. This was the best time to come back because 2/9/2024 at 7:30 am the staff was awesome. My food and coffee were as delicious as always, but the staff were delightful. Friendly, easy, in a good mood. Maybe, early morning is the sweet spot for this place. Thank you all for starting my day so wonderfully that I couldn’t possibly be in a bad mood today. ✌️

I spent $69.00 and change for 4 people. I ordered and paid lox on a bagel and I got some cinnamon and brown sugar on bagel. Didn't know til I brought it home.I really have to check orders before leaving a place. Well, since I'm 17 minutes away, just worth it to go back. I did call and leave a message. Don't know if I'll get a phone call back. Had to throw out the bagel cause it was so much cinnamon on it and my family tasted it and they didn't want it. This won't be my go to place. Way too expensive and not busy to foul up the order.

I truly enjoy visiting this location. Though all locations I have visited have provided amazing service. The atmosphere and staff at this location always greet each customer, make each visit enjoyable, and truly understand the needs of the customer. I would highly recommend it. P.S. try the strawberry bagel or Creamy Caramel Latte.... delicious ?

Not sure why this place is on the list of best coffee in the area. Their espresso is terrible. No crema. You also have to wait a long time for it. There are 3 Starbucks in the area. I will go there for sure.
