37 weeks pregnant here n came in for date smoothie called chia banana boost YUM and ordered a chicken flatbread wit avocado YUM with a side of sweet potato which also helps with labor. Crew here is relatively YOUNG and I love that. It's good seeing youth serving politely. Spanish music playing (SALSA) which I LOVE bc I'm Puerto Rican. Will definitely be coming back here

The worst tropical smoothie location I have ever visited. Every single time I go, my order is messed up and forgotten. All of the employees are rude and dismissive. They would rather sit on their phones and collect a check rather than serve food for 30 seconds. Overall a misrepresentation of tropical smoothie. Highly disappointed, wish I could give zero stars.

Smoothies are great. Food however... Leaves a lot to be desired... Especially cooking time. I generally get a southwest wrap and the eggs are rarely solid. They pretty much leak out of the wrap. Inedible in some cases.

Went to pickup order that I placed and customer service was just rude and short. Great way to start off the summer in Virginia Beach with weird energy. Never again!!

Quickest tropical smoothie I've ever ate at. I was impressed at the level of maturity the young staff had. This is definitely my go to tropical smoothie for now on!
I love Tropical Smoothie but would suggest going out of your way to avoid this one. It's the closest to our house so we door dash from this location and I always get the plant based chicken because I do not eat real chicken. The last couple times I ordered it I thought it tasted weird. Then one day my boyfriend goes to pick it up in person and they handed him my food and said "we've been out of the plant based chicken for a while so we put real chicken on it." ???? That is not an appropriate swap and will make people sick. I tried emailing the location privately and got no response for months so I figured I'd leave a review and a warning to anyone else so this doesn't happen to you. Today my boyfriend wanted to order from there again and I was obviously hesitant but decided to just get something vegetarian, that is not prepared with chicken at all, and when I took a bite realized they put chicken in it anyways. Vegetarians BEWARE.
