Something I found weird about my order this morning and this was the first time I saw this in any tropical smoothie that I've visited. I ordered a smoothie and as I was observing them making the smoothie, they had a container of water sitting on the counter scooping water into my smoothie! Is this a new thing? Makes me wonder how long that water uncovered been sitting there for.

Very rude staff. At 6:51 PM on August 21, 2023 a female employee called my wife a liar on the phone and hung up on her.I called she refused to give me her name and then hung up on me too. All because of a poorly made product that was made incorrectly. Purchase it to go and did not open till we got home. Was told we should have tasted it before we left.

Placed a huge last minute lunch order for the office. Wow! What a great job. I placed one order separately and the store called to confirm they were together and had everything ready much more quickly than promised. Wonderful service from the whole team, but especially the shift manager who got a box for my order to help me with transport. Fantastic experience!

I eat at THIS location at least a couple times each week. The staff, food, atmosphere, cleanliness, are Always tip top! Anyone saying otherwise can get a gluten-free “knuckle wrap” on me, jk but seriously. Great Place!We have team lunches here all the time too! They’re always accommodating us, even if it’s last minute. One of my favorite spots in all of VB. Thanks for making lunch fun and easy y’all. ?❤️?

When I first started eating at this location it was great. That was about 2 years ago. The quality of the food has massively declined. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. All of your food items taste burnt from the quesadillas to the wraps. The sandwiches taste less burnt but still have a slight aftertaste. Possibly the toaster oven needs to be replaced? I asked for no tomato, you could have still given me more than a scrap of lettuce and less than a pool of ranch. Maybe the black stuff on the paper is from the burnt oven?? Not sure. I’m absolutely done with any food from you all but would still suggest some upgrades. Staff is great and smoothies are mostly pretty good.

I had the baha chicken wrap and a sangria smoothie. The sangria is seasonal and available during the holidays I assume. I highly recommend it and the chicken wrap. Good quick friendly service.
